Feeds API

A free REST API to fetch properties from Mapaprop customers and return the questions from interested users. Built for portals, aggregators and platforms that want to add real, up-to-date real estate inventory.

The inventory is centered in Argentina. If your project operates in other markets, we evaluate it based on availability.

The agreement

Feeds API gives you access, at no cost, to the property inventory of active real estate agencies on Mapaprop. There is one single consideration in return: every question those properties generate on your portal must come back to Mapaprop.

It is an exchange, not a free service. Your platform gains real, updated inventory; the agencies gain exposure and qualified leads. Returning the questions is mandatory: it is the condition that sustains the agreement and makes it work for both sides.

The rules

  • Lead return (mandatory): every question a property receives on your platform is delivered to Mapaprop via POST submit-question.
  • Source attribution: the description of each property includes the publishing agency and the text "Publicado a través de Mapaprop". It must be published complete, without trimming the source.
  • No image hotlinking: images are downloaded and served from your own servers. Before downloading, you must inform us of an identifiable User-Agent for your bot (e.g. Company/1.2.3). Anonymous or suspicious traffic is blocked.
  • OAuth2 token: expires every 14 days. On HTTP 403, your application must renew it automatically and continue.

Two integration modes

Full distribution (Feeds API). You receive the entire available public inventory. Mapaprop customers do not intervene: their properties are distributed on your portal and we let them know your portal is part of the distribution network. Simple and with maximum reach.

Publication Network (Feeds API + Network API). We create a network with your brand inside Mapaprop. Customers activate the integration by their own choice, you approve each account and configure its plan (listing quota, cost, billing cycle). Each customer chooses which properties to publish. Built for portals that want to choose their customers —or be chosen by them— and manage a direct, per-account relationship, including paid plans.

Which one fits you? If your portal publishes everything available, Full distribution. If you want an identifiable relationship with each agency, Publication Network. Let us know when you apply.

  5. Integration mode you are interested in: Full distribution or Publication Network. We initially recommend Full distribution (Feeds API only).

If you prefer Publication Network, we'll discuss it in a meeting.
