Response

A JSON object with the property types in that country's catalog, keyed by their code.

Code 23 is Desarrollo Inmobiliario (real estate development), and a property of that type is not just another property: it is the project that groups units. It carries its own group of fields — see the development group.

It returns the catalog of the country, not what a given agency has published. The same list in Express API has a different shape —an array of {id, description}— and a different scope. They are not interchangeable.
