Mapaprop is free for real estate professionals. Creating an account is free and doesn't require a credit card.
This help article explains the registration process step by step, what emails you'll receive, and what to do at each stage.
1. Register from the form
Go to mapaprop.app/v2/registration and fill out the form with:
- Personal details: your name and email (this will be your username)
- Company: legal name, tax registration number, address, phone
- Location: country, state/province, city and locality
- Password: at least 8 characters
- Terms acceptance: mandatory
When you submit the form, your account is created in pending confirmation status.
2. "Welcome to Mapaprop" email
Within a few seconds you'll receive an email with the subject "Welcome to Mapaprop" (or "Welcome to Go Up" if you registered through Go Up Realty).
This email contains:
- Your username (your email)
- Your password (in plain text, for your initial reference)
- A confirmation link that activates your account
If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder. If after 5 minutes it hasn't arrived, you can register again with the same email to resend it.
3. Confirm your account
Click the link in the email. That activates your account and takes you to Mapaprop already logged in. You'll immediately receive a second email with the subject "Mapaprop - account activated" confirming you're ready to go.
From this moment on, you have full access to the system.
4. Welcome and guidance emails (following days)
In the days following confirmation you'll receive two more emails, sent during Argentine business hours (between 9 and 10 AM) so they don't arrive at odd hours.

If you've already purchased a paid plan at any point, the second email is automatically skipped.
5. If you DON'T confirm your account
If you don't click the link in the welcome email:
- Every Monday you'll get a reminder with the confirmation link.
- After 30 days without confirming, your account is automatically deleted from the system (silent deletion, with no notice email).
If 30 days have passed, you can register again with the same email — you'll start from scratch.
6. I already have an account, how do I log in?
If you've already completed registration and confirmed it, log in from Login to Mapaprop.
Frequently asked questions
Do I receive all the emails at the same time? No. The welcome email is instant (upon registration), activation happens when you click (upon confirming), and the guidance and plans emails arrive at 24 and 72 hours respectively, during Argentine business hours.
Can I change my account email later? Yes. Once logged in, the real estate agency's email (where you receive client inquiries) is changed from Real Estate Agency → Company. The user's email is changed from My profile.
Is Mapaprop really free? Yes, basic professional use is free with no time limits. There are optional subscription services (premium portals, real estate website, publication networks) that are purchased as needed.
