Main Dashboard
Your operations console in Mapaprop. From here you see a complete summary of your activity, access key tools and manage your connections and subscriptions.
Activity charts
Five charts organized in two rows showing recent activity. Visible on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Row 1 — Demand (what enters the funnel)
| Chart | Period | Data | Click |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inquiries received | Last 60 days | Incoming messages per day | Opens Inquiries Report |
| Visits received | Last 30 days | Visits to your listings per day (summed from Mapaprop, MercadoLibre, Zonaprop, your website, etc.) | Opens Visits Report |
Row 2 — Closing (what gets completed)
| Chart | Period | Data | Click |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales | Last 30 days | Properties marked as "Sold" + accumulated total | Opens Deal Closing |
| Rentals | Last 30 days | Properties marked as "Rented" + accumulated total | Opens Deal Closing |
| Reservations | Last 30 days | Properties marked as "Reserved" + accumulated total | Opens Deal Closing |
Each card includes, at the bottom right, a discreet gray "View console →" button that opens the full report for that KPI.
The Visits received chart combines two sources: the historical MySQL counter (legacy visits) and the real-time DynamoDB counter (new visits), unified by the backend with a 5-minute cache. This is transparent to you: you see a single total number per day.
Two references per closing chart: Selling Side vs Buying Side
The Sales, Rentals and Reservations charts always distinguish two roles based on how you registered the deal:
| Reference | Color | Counts |
|---|---|---|
| Selling Side | Green (Sales) / Blue (Rentals) / Purple (Reservations) | Deals on your own properties — your agency represents the seller/owner (selling side) |
| Buying Side | Orange | Deals on external properties — your agency represents the buyer/prospect (buying side, deals with third-party properties) |
The card header always shows 3 lines:
Sales+ large total (sum of own + external)X own | Y external(split by origin)- Color bullets:
🟢 Selling Side X | 🟠 Buying Side Y
If you only work with your own catalog, the orange line of the chart doesn't appear (because activity as buyer is 0), but the reference with the counter at 0 remains visible so you know that dimension exists.
If you closed a deal but it doesn't appear in the chart: the system processes these changes every hour, refresh in a while. If after an hour it still doesn't appear, verify that the deal is correctly loaded in /v2/deals with its status and origin (Own or External).
Branch view (users with an assigned branch)
If you have an assigned branch (any role: owner, manager or agent), the five dashboard charts (Inquiries / Visits / Sales / Rentals / Reservations) show you three buttons (tabs) in the header:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Me vs Agency (default) | Your branch in contrast to the rest of the agency. The green/blue/purple line is your branch, the gray one is the rest of the team |
| My Branch | Only your branch. In Sales/Rentals/Reservations: split into Selling Side / Buying Side. In Inquiries/Visits: total for your branch |
| Agency | The whole agency. In Sales/Rentals/Reservations: split into Selling Side / Buying Side. In Inquiries/Visits: total for the whole network |
The tabs are synced across all 5 charts at once. If you switch to "My Branch" on the Sales card, the other 4 cards (Inquiries, Visits, Rentals, Reservations) also switch to showing your branch. The change is local to your screen and doesn't affect other users.
Special cases:
- If the agency has a single branch, "My Branch" and "Agency" show the same data (because they coincide), and "Me vs Agency" shows "Rest = 0".
- If you don't have an assigned branch (general admin or owner without a specific branch), the charts continue to show only the "Agency" view without tabs (full view by default).
- In Inquiries received, general site inquiries without an associated property are counted only in the "Agency" view. In "Me vs Agency" mode, they're grouped under "Rest".
Statistics cards
Row with 4 summary cards:
| Card | Shows | Click |

| Messages | Number of unread messages | Go to message inbox |
| Clients | Total registered contacts | Go to contact listing |

Website Card - Dynamic statuses
The Website card changes its appearance and message based on your website's status. The icon is always pi-sparkles (sparkles), except in the "Free migration" state which keeps pi-sync (sync) to reinforce the idea of migration:
| Status | Title | Icon | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Active | Manage Website | pi-sparkles | Your site is working correctly |
| Ready to activate | Activate Website | pi-sparkles | You paid for the service but haven't activated it yet (pulsing purple border) |
| No website | Activate your Website | pi-sparkles | You don't have a contracted website |
| Needs update | Update Website | pi-sparkles | Your design is legacy and needs migration |
| Deactivated | Website Deactivated | pi-sparkles | Site deactivated, contact support (red border) |
| Free migration | Free Website migration | pi-sync | You have a legacy design + a subscription that includes free migration (purple border) |
| Upgrade available | Website upgrade available | pi-sparkles | You have a legacy design without a migration subscription (amber border) |
If your site includes AI Chat (included in Pro+ and Business), the card mentions it in its description. There's no longer a separate "Website with AI Chat" card: it's now included within the site.
Also, if your site doesn't have a custom domain configured, you'll see the "Set up your domain" notice.
Featured tools
Row of 4 cards with quick access to tools and reports:
| Card | Description | Destination |
|---|---|---|
| Your Agency's QR | Download your QR code to share on printed or digital material | Opens a modal with a downloadable QR |
| Price Map (BETA) | Quote properties based on real market data | Quoting tool |
| Deal Statistics | Detailed closing report by agent, branch and network | Deal Closing |
| Real Estate Networks | Manage MLS networks and connections with partner portals | Go to networks |
Price Map
The Price Map analyzes real data from listings, price changes and deal closings to generate quotes. It considers historical prices from 2015, location, property type, surface and market trends.
- Click "Quote Properties"
- Enter the property's parameters
- The more specific the parameters, the better the results you'll get
Credits: The FREE plan uses credits per query. PLUS, PRO+ and BUSINESS plans have unlimited queries.
Agency QR
Clicking the card opens a modal with your personalized QR code. You can download it as an image to use on:
- Signage and flyers
- Business cards
- Social media posts
Requirement: Requires the Plus plan or higher. If you don't have access, an upgrade notice is shown.
Connection cards
Cards that appear based on the status of your connections with external platforms:
| Card | When it appears | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Connect Zonaprop | If you don't have Zonaprop connected | Go to connect account |
| Connect MercadoLibre | If you don't have ML connected or the token expired | Go to connect/reconnect account |
| Connect Instagram | If you don't have Instagram Business connected | Go to connect account |
Note: These cards disappear automatically when the corresponding account is connected and active. If all your accounts are connected, the entire row disappears.
If your MercadoLibre token expired, the card changes to "Reconnect MercadoLibre" with the message "Your token has expired, reconnect your account".
The Real Estate Networks card no longer lives in this row — it moved to the Featured Tools row (next to the QR and Price Map) in the 2026-06-04 redesign.
Pending debt
If you have pending payments, a section appears with:
- Total amount owed
- Breakdown by item
- Button to go to the account detail and make the payment
Important: Services may be suspended if there are overdue invoices. Keep your account up to date to avoid interruptions.
Subscription card (upgrade)
A single full-width horizontal card that invites you to upgrade your plan, visible only if you still don't have full premium access:
| Your current plan | Card you see | Icon | CTA |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free (no subscription) | Mapaprop Plus | pi-bolt (lightning) | Subscribe to Mapaprop Plus |
| Mapaprop Plus | Mapaprop Pro+ | pi-briefcase (briefcase) | Subscribe to Mapaprop Pro+ |
| Mapaprop Pro+ or Business | (no card shown) | — | — |
The card always proposes the next tier above your current plan, with a brief description of the benefits you'd gain. On mobile views, the button stacks below the text.
To see the full plan details and compare features, go to Manage Plans from the menu or from the card's button.
Quick actions
A single direct navigation card:
| Card | Destination |
|---|
| Manage Plans | Upgrade and subscription management page |
The Connect accounts, Manage Agency and Import properties cards were removed from the dashboard in the 2026-06-03 cleanup. Those functions are still available from the side menu (Settings → Connections / Agency / Import).
Dashboard alerts
When entering the dashboard, the system may automatically show an alert modal if there are important pending notifications (due dates, required updates, etc.). These alerts are processed once and don't appear again.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't some cards appear?
Cards adapt dynamically to your plan, contracted services and connection status. For example, the Zonaprop card disappears once it's connected, and the upgrade card disappears when you have Pro+ or Business.
How do I update the statistics?
Statistics update automatically when the dashboard loads. The Visits received chart has a 5-minute server-side cache to optimize costs. If you need to force an update, reload the page (F5).
What does "published" vs "total" mean for properties?
- Published: Properties active on portals (Zonaprop, ML, etc.)
- Total: All properties in your database (active, paused, sold)
What is the Mapaprop Network?
It's the shared property network among all Mapaprop clients. With the Plus plan or higher, you can search and share properties with other colleagues. The full report (pie chart + table by operation) lives in the Statistics Dashboards.
Can I customize what's shown on the dashboard?
Currently the dashboard has a fixed layout, but the visible cards automatically adapt to your plan and service status.
Premium Features: Some features on this page (QR, advanced Leads/Visits reports, Mapaprop Network) are only available with an active subscription. To manage your plan, go to Settings > Manage Plans in the Mapaprop menu.
Found a problem? You can report it from Help and support in the Mapaprop menu.
