Overview
The Statistics screen (/stats) is the central hub from which you access all of Mapaprop's reports and information systems. It brings together on a single page the three types of analysis most frequently checked: day-to-day operational trends, market behavior and the performance of your published portfolio.
You access this screen from the side menu > Statistics > Console, or by clicking on any of the charts on the Main Panel.
Some hub features require the Mapaprop Plus plan or higher (Pro+ / Business). Free users see the screen, but when trying to use premium features a modal opens explaining the benefits of upgrading.
Five recent-activity charts
At the very top, five cards with line charts are shown, organized in two rows according to their nature:
Row 1 — Demand (what enters the funnel)
| Card | Period | What it shows | Action on click |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inquiries received | Last 60 days | Daily volume of messages/leads you received. The header shows the absolute total for the period. | Opens the detailed Inquiries Report (Leads) |
| Visits received | Last 30 days | Traffic to your listings by day, adding up all origins (Mapaprop, Mercadolibre, Zonaprop, your website, etc.) | Opens the detailed Visits Report |
Row 2 — Closing (what gets finalized)
| Card | Period | What it shows | Action on click |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales | Last 30 days | Closed sale operations, counting both own (from your catalog) and external (deals on third-party properties) | Opens Deal Closing |
| Rentals | Last 30 days | Closed rentals, both own and external | Opens Deal Closing |
| Reservations | Last 30 days | Open reservations, both own and external | Opens Deal Closing |
Each card includes, at the bottom right, a discreet gray "View console →" button that opens the full report for that KPI.
The Visits received chart combines two sources: the historical MySQL counter (legacy visits) and the real-time DynamoDB counter (new visits). The Java backend unifies them with a 5-minute cache. This is transparent to you: you see a single total number per day.
Each Sales / Rentals / Reservations chart distinguishes two references by color: Selling Side (operations on your properties) and Buying Side (deals on external properties). The card header always shows them with counters, even if it's 0. See the full explanation on the Panel for detail.
If you have a branch assigned (any role: owner, manager or agent), all five charts (Inquiries / Visits / Sales / Rentals / Reservations) have three tabs (Me vs Agency / My Branch / Agency) that let you view your branch against the rest of the agency. The tabs are synced across the 5 charts at once. See Branch view on the Panel for detail.
To correctly record sales and rentals so they appear in these charts, make sure to mark the properties with their corresponding Operation status when you close an operation.
Navigable cards: Main Reports
Below the charts there are two large cards that lead to the main analysis systems: Deals and Price Map.
The Leads and Visits cards no longer appear in this row (reorg 2026-06-04) — they're now accessed directly by clicking on the KPIs at the top (Inquiries received / Visits received) or from the "View console →" button on each card.
Deal Closing
Direct access to Deal Closing, where you'll find detailed reports of:
- Full list of closed operations with filters and export
- Your personal operations (vendor / assigned)
- Agency report with agent ranking
- Network report (cross-office)
- Moderated and approved acquisitions
- Negotiation gap (average discount between listing and closing)
Historical Price Map
Direct access to the Historical Price Map system, a database of historical real estate market values fed by the listings of all Mapaprop clients since 2014. It lets you filter by zone, type, operation, surface areas, age and other criteria to obtain average, minimum and maximum prices.
Red Mapaprop
A card with a pie chart that breaks down your published portfolio by operation:
- Sale (green)
- Rent (blue)
- Short-term Rent (orange)
To the right, a table with the exact counts. Each row is clickable and opens the property listing filtered by that operation within the network.
This section requires the Mapaprop Plus plan or higher. If your plan is Free, clicking on the rows or the chevron opens the upgrade modal instead of navigating to the listing.
Most visited
Ranking of the properties in your portfolio sorted by number of visits in the last 30 days. The table shows:
- Ranking position
- Property address
- Number of visits
- Number of inquiries / messages received
It's useful to quickly identify which listings are performing better and replicate their traits (competitive price, photos, description, etc.) across the rest of your portfolio.
Related systems
