Rental management requires a Mapaprop Plus subscription or higher. Your plan determines how many active agreements you can manage at the same time.
What rental management is
This is the module that keeps track of the lease agreement for a rented property: when it starts and ends, how much is charged per month, which day each instalment is due, how much commission you charge and how often the amount is adjusted.
When you create an agreement, Mapaprop generates the full instalment schedule for the period and leaves it ready for you to record payments month by month.
Do not confuse this with Reservations, which is a different feature: there you book stays for a short-term rental by the night. Here you manage an agreement with monthly instalments.
How many agreements each plan includes

The allowance counts active agreements. A cancelled or expired agreement frees up its slot, so you can create another one without upgrading your plan.
Where to find it
In the side menu, Rentals. From there you can see the list of your agreements and create a new one.
