Properties

Overview

The Properties list is the management center for your real estate inventory. From here you can:

  • View all properties in your account (My Properties) or those from the network (Networks).
  • Search and filter by code, type, operation, location, price, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and more.
  • Switch between grid, list and map views.
  • Access each property's record with a click.
  • Create, publish, share, print and generate a QR code for each property.

My Properties vs Networks mode

At the top right there's a toggle switch with two modes:

ModeWhat it shows
My PropertiesProperties loaded in your account (includes branches/agents)
NetworksProperties from colleagues in the Mapaprop Network or in connected MLS networks

Each button shows the count in parentheses. If you don't have access to Networks (you're not on Plus/Pro/Business), a yellow padlock appears and clicking it offers an upgrade.

When you enable Networks and have several connected networks, you can filter by a specific network with the buttons that appear below.

Search and filters

Search by code (e.g.: ABC123), address, zone or price. The search is instant.

Basic filters (always visible)

Active filters (chips)

Each applied filter appears as a chip below the bar. Click the X on a chip to remove it individually, or use the Clear button to remove all at once.

The "Published: Yes" chip appears by default — to see unpublished properties, remove it or use the "All" filter.

Quick filters (desktop only)

Three inline filters in the top right bar:

Views (grid / list / map)

Three buttons in the top right bar:

MapGeographic distribution with pins + side panel with cards. Requires Mapaprop Pro (55) plan or higher

If you don't have Pro and click on map, a modal with the upgrade option appears.

The chosen view is remembered between sessions. If you used map last time, you'll start on map the next time you log in.

Map view in detail

The map view is a geographic search engine: instead of paging through rows, the search is done against the area you see on screen. It has two search modes.

Viewport mode (default)

When you move or zoom on the map, we automatically search for the properties in the visible area. It's ideal for exploring freely: drag and zoom, and the counter and panel update.

  • Each zoom/pan triggers a new search (250 ms debounce).
  • Up to 100 properties are loaded per view. If your area has more, zoom out a bit less or apply filters.
  • Applied filters (operation, type, price, etc.) are combined with the visible area.

Drawn zone mode

Click Search in zone (button at the top left of the map). The map clears and the crosshair cursor appears: hold down the mouse button and drag to define a search circle.

  • When you release, the circle stays fixed and the listing shows only the properties inside the circle.
  • You can adjust the radius with the / + buttons or by resizing the circle directly.
  • You can drag the circle to another location without redrawing it.
  • While a zone is active, moving or zooming the map does not trigger a new search — the search stays anchored to the zone.
  • Click ✕ Clear zone to return to viewport mode.
  • Maximum radius size: 200 km. If you draw a bigger one, it's adjusted automatically.

Map markers

Each pin shows the property's price and the border color indicates the operation: green for sale, blue for rental, orange for temporary rental. Clicking the pin opens a floating card with the photo, address, price and stats. Clicking the card takes you to the property's record.

Side panel (cards)

To the right of the map (or below it on mobile) the full listing of the visible area's or drawn zone's properties appears. Clicking any card takes you to the record. The panel header always shows how many properties you're viewing.

On mobile, the map takes up the top part (~2/3 of the screen) and the panel is below it. On desktop they sit side by side.

Quick actions on each card

Each property card has buttons for:

  • View property / View development — opens the full record (house or building icon depending on whether it's a development).
  • Share — public link, email, WhatsApp.
  • Publish — manages publications on portals.
  • QR — generates the QR code for flyers or printed material.
  • Print — generates a printable record (Plus or higher).
  • Favorite (heart) — saves the property to your personal list, with no limit and privately.
  • Active — adds it to your working set, visible from the top bar (depending on your plan).

Button with a printer icon in the top right bar. Prints the full listing on paper. Requires Plus plan or higher. If you don't have access, it takes you to the upgrade screen.

Load more results

The listing loads 10 properties at a time. Click Load more at the bottom to bring in the next 10. In map view there's no pagination: the map loads up to 100 properties at a time based on the visible area or the drawn zone. To see more, zoom out a bit or apply filters.

No results

If the filters return nothing, a message appears with a Clear filters button to reset and start over.

Search persistence

All applied filters are saved automatically so you don't lose context when navigating:

  • When you enter a property's record and go back with the browser's Back button, the applied filters are kept.
  • If you close the session or browser and come back later, we recover your last search.
  • The chosen view (grid / list / map) is also remembered.
  • Filters live in the URL, so you can share the URL with a colleague so they see exactly the same search.
  • Clear filters from the bar erases everything: URL, saved search and active filters.

The exact map position (zoom + center) is not persisted. When you come back, the map automatically reframes over the result's properties.
