Monthly subscription to paid plans in Mapaprop
Activating services in Mapaprop (for example, Mapaprop Plus) is very simple. You only need a credit / debit card. From the subscription (upgrade) screen, press the CHOOSE PLAN button
Depending on the country of origin of your Mapaprop account, there are three options:
- Checkout Classic Subscription
- Subscription with Paypal (other countries)
- Subscription with Mercadopago (Argentina)

Add Properties — available on all plans
Adding your inventory to Mapaprop is the first task, and the offer is the same across all plans with a single exception (fill in with AI from text, which requires Plus since it consumes AI tokens).

If you're starting your catalog from scratch, start with Bulk Sitemap Import: you pass the sitemap.xml of your current site and migrate the entire catalog in a single run. BETA features, but already in productive use.

Mapaprop Free
Free basic management. Unlimited properties, contacts, and inquiries. Publication on the Mapaprop Network and free portals. You can import your contacts from an Excel or CSV file, free and without limit.
Mapaprop Plus
Adds productivity features: publication on premium portals (Zonaprop, Mercadolibre, Argenprop, Cabaprop, Mudafy, etc.), publishing to Instagram and your Facebook Page (via Meta Connection), sharing on social media, responding to inquiries, connecting accounts, CRM, user and branch management, and sign stock. Includes 10,000 Mapaprop AI tokens.
Mapaprop Pro+
Combines Plus + Real Estate Website. Includes domain management (up to 5), email with your own domain, property capture via web, Express API Token, contact export to CSV, and the Sales Funnel (CRM) with kanban view and conversion metrics. Increases to 100,000 AI tokens.
Mapaprop Business
Adds to Pro+ the management of Real Estate Networks, the Operations and Commissions System, Document Management, Property Moderation, Chat AI for your website, and Sales Funnel customization (renaming stages). 400,000 AI tokens.
Mapaprop Business Manager
The most complete plan. Comprehensive management for franchises and holdings: advanced networks with a rules catalog, cross-franchise visibility (properties, contacts, documents, and operations across the entire network), centralized control of branches and salespeople, optional White Brand.
Additional Service
Mapaprop Website+
Extra website to have multiple websites with different brands/domains on the same account. Requires Pro+ or higher. Paid separately.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my AI Chat if I downgrade from Business to a lower plan?
The AI Chat widget automatically turns off on your website (visitors won't see the chat). But your configuration is preserved: assistant name, welcome message, custom instructions, and token limits remain saved. If you go back to Business later, the widget is reactivated with the same configuration without you having to reconfigure it.
The same applies if you cancel your subscription (voluntarily or automatically due to non-payment). Historical Inbox messages are also preserved — all conversations and leads remain accessible.
