Edit Real Estate Development
Overview
This page lets you modify the data of an existing Real Estate Development (Building / Project). The form is similar to the one for a regular property, but with some restrictions and an extra block ("Building") specific to the development model.
To manage the units linked to the development (add, remove, view statistics), go back to the development record using the "View Development" button on the toolbar.
Form progress bar
At the top of the page you'll see a bar showing the percentage completed of the form. Aim for 100% so the development appears with priority in search engines and portals.
Restrictions specific to Development mode
Operation: forced to Sale
The Operation field is disabled and fixed to Sale. A development cannot switch to rent or short-term rent without losing the integrity of its linked units.
The helper "Cannot be edited." appears below the Select.
Property type: forced to Real Estate Development
The Property type field is disabled and fixed to Real Estate Development (id 23). Changing it would unlink the child units and break the commercialization logic.
The helper "Cannot be edited." appears below the Select.
If you need to change the type: the only way is to delete the development (the units are unlinked automatically) and create a new property with the correct type.
Section 1: General Information
Editable fields:

Section 2: Measurements (interpreted as minimums / totals for the development)

| Age | Years since construction (0 if it's under construction or brand new) |
| Rooms / Spaces from | Minimum number of rooms in the units |

| Full bathrooms from | Minimum number of full bathrooms |
| Parking type | Parking Spot, Covered Garage, etc. |
| Total number of parking spots | Total sum of parking spots in the development |
Building block (exclusive to developments)
Three optional fields that ONLY appear in development mode, within the General Information section after parking spots:

| Levels / Floors per unit | Levels each unit occupies (e.g.: 1 = single-level, 2 = duplex) |
This data enriches the development's public listing and is reflected in publications on portals that support the "Developments" category.
Section 3: Details (optional)
Same as for a regular property:
- Mortgage eligible / Professional eligible
- Balcony type
- Rooms and toilettes
- Orientation, Location
- Air conditioning, Heating, Water heater
- Features and tags (pool, grill, etc.)
What you DON'T edit here
From Edit Development you modify the project's general data. To manage other aspects, go back to the development record:

Save changes
Click Save and Continue at the end of the form. Changes are reflected immediately:
- On the development record and its general information panel.
- On active publications on portals (Zonaprop Developments category, MercadoLibre
MLA1466). - On the property listing and the network listing.
Changes to the "Building" fields (total floors / units per floor / levels per unit) update ONLY the development's record. They do NOT modify the linked units individually. For changes affecting each unit (e.g.: price, status), edit the corresponding unit from the development's listing.
Top toolbar actions

Tip: Upload at least one 3D render and a typical floor plan to the gallery. Developments with complete visual material get 3x more inquiries than those with only exterior photos.
