New Real Estate Development

Overview

The New Development page lets you create the listing for a real estate project (building, condominium, parking complex, subdivision). Once created, you can link the individual properties (units) that make it up.

Unlike a regular property listing, in development mode:

  • Operation is fixed to Sale (cannot be edited).
  • Property type is fixed to Real Estate Development (cannot be edited).
  • An additional Building block appears (floors, units per floor, levels per unit).
  • Measurements and rooms are interpreted as the development's minimums ("Rooms from", "Total covered m² of the development").
  • The main price represents the lowest price in the project ("Prices from").
