Visit Report
The central screen for understanding the traffic coming to your listings: by source, by period, by branch, and by property. It helps you identify which channels generate the most interest and which listings perform better than others.
Overview
The report shows all visits to your listings during the selected period, segmented by source channel (Mapaprop Portals, MercadoLibre, ZonaProp, your website, etc.). Visits from all sources are displayed in a unified view — you don't need to filter by source. It answers three key questions:
- Which channels bring the most traffic? To invest in those that work best.
- When does that traffic arrive? To anticipate peaks and synchronize your team.
- Which properties receive the most visits? To identify the stars of your portfolio.
Visits always count toward your own properties. Even if a visit occurred on a colleague's MLS network website, if the property viewed is yours, that visit counts for you. The same applies in reverse: if someone views a network property (from a colleague) on your website, that visit counts for your colleague, not for you. The source (the website URL) tells you where your property was viewed, but the report always adds up the visits to your portfolio, not to the site.
This report requires a Mapaprop Pro+ or Business subscription. If your current plan does not include it, you will see the screen in preview mode with a notice suggesting you upgrade your plan.
Period Selector
At the top right, there are four buttons that adjust the time range for the entire report:
| Button | What it shows |
|---|---|
| 7d | Visits from the last 7 days |
| 14d | Visits from the last 14 days |
| 30d | Visits from the last 30 days (default) |
| 90d | Visits from the last 90 days |
When you change the period, all components on the screen update automatically.
Display Modes (Me vs Agency / My Branch / Agency)
If you have an assigned branch, you can choose from which perspective to view the numbers. The selector appears in each component and all are synchronized — changing it in one updates the others.
| Mode | What you see |
|---|---|
| Me vs Agency (default) | Comparative view. The large number at the top is the agency total (complete picture) and below, two bullets explain the split: how much your branch contributed vs. the rest. Chart with two lines (your branch vs. rest). Tables and top properties filtered to your branch. |
| My Branch | Only your branch. The large number is from your branch. A single line on the chart, tables filtered to your branch's properties. |
| Agency | The entire agency. Complete aggregate without branch distinction. |
If you don't have an assigned branch (general administrator without their own branch), the selector does not appear and you always see Agency mode.
The branch filter applies to all visit sources: your website, Mapaprop Portals, MercadoLibre, ZonaProp, etc. Each property has an assigned branch and all visits to that property count toward that branch.
Period Summary
The first block shows the total visits received in the active mode. Below, bullets appear with the breakdown: in "Me vs Agency" mode it shows how much your branch contributed vs. the rest of the agency.
Daily Visit Evolution
Timeline showing the volume of visits day by day. Useful for detecting peaks (marketing campaigns, featured property going viral), drops (portal issues, holidays), and general trends (is your visibility growing or declining).
In My Branch or Agency mode you will see one line per source (MercadoLibre, ZonaProp, your website, etc.). In Me vs Agency mode you will see two consolidated lines: your branch (green) and the rest (gray).
Distribution by Source
Double panel with:
Donut Chart
Visually shows the proportion of visits by channel. Each slice has an assigned color.
Source Table
Detailed list with:
- Source: name of the portal/channel.
- Category: badge with the family (Website, Mapaprop Portal, MercadoLibre, ZonaProp, etc.).
- Quantity: total number in the period.
- %: percentage of total.
Clickable. Clicking on a source opens a modal with day-by-day detail for that specific channel — useful for seeing if visits are concentrated in a few days or are constant.
Source Categories
| Category | What it is |
|---|---|
| MI WEBSITE | Your own site built with Mapaprop. The source shows your domain (e.g., www.myrealty.com). |
| RED MLS | Site of an MLS network colleague who displayed your property. The source shows the colleague's domain (e.g., www.ortizhansen.com.ar). |
| RED DE BUSQUEDA | An MLS network colleague accessed your property's listing from the Mapaprop panel (mapaprop.app) using the network search. The source shows Mapaprop App · {colleague's name}. |
| Website | Site without resolvable owner (legacy data or deleted customer). Generic fallback. |
| Mapaprop Portal | Mapaprop's own portals (mapaprop.com, MemudoYa, PatagonProp, GoUp Realty, WeGoRent) |
| MercadoLibre | Listings on MercadoLibre Inmuebles |
| Zonaprop | Listings on ZonaProp |
| Partner | External partners (Martilleros Unidos, others) |
| Otros | Unclassified sources |
New (June 2026): visits to your MercadoLibre listings now count in this report. They are automatically synchronized once per day (UTC early morning) by querying the visits that MercadoLibre reports for each of your active listings. MercadoLibre publishes counts with up to 48 hours delay, so the report covers the last 3 days in each update. For an ML listing to appear in the report it must be in active or paused status on MercadoLibre and your ML account connected in Mapaprop.
Cross-visits on the MLS Network
When you are connected to an MLS network, there are three scenarios that generate visits to your properties from outside your website:
| Typical Source | Badge | Means |
|---|---|---|
www.mysite.com | MI WEBSITE | Anonymous visitor entered your site and viewed your property. |
www.colleague.com | RED MLS | Anonymous visitor entered a colleague's website from the network and viewed your property (because the colleague displays the MLS network on their site). |
Mapaprop App · {colleague's name} | RED DE BUSQUEDA | A colleague logged into mapaprop.app accessed your property's listing from their panel's network search. Not an anonymous visitor — it's a professional from your network viewing your property. |
RED MLS visits are anonymous visits that occurred on colleagues' websites. RED DE BUSQUEDA visits are visits from professional colleagues who entered from the Mapaprop app. All three count toward your properties because you are the owner — the source tells you how they arrived.
If a high proportion of your visits come as RED MLS, it means the MLS network is working well for you as a public distribution channel. If you receive many RED DE BUSQUEDA visits, it means colleagues are actively viewing your portfolio for potential co-brokering — a good indicator of professional interest in your properties.
If the site's domain (yours or a colleague's) does not appear and you only see "Website" without a clear badge, it's because the customer who owns the site was deleted from the system or doesn't have their own domain configured in website_domain. The visit count is still accurate.
Most Visited Properties (Top 10)
Ranking of the 10 properties that received the most traffic during the period. Each row shows address, code (as badge), and number of visits.
Clicking on a property opens a modal with the breakdown by source for that specific property. From there you can go to the property's listing or print an A4 report with the data to present to the client.
Modal: Detail by Source
When clicking a source in the table, a modal opens with:
- Timeline: chart of the daily evolution of visits for that source.
- Table: day + number of visits.
Visits are anonymous, so there is NO information about who visited or which property they viewed.
Modal: Detail by Property
When clicking a property from the top 10, a modal opens with:
- Total visits to that property during the period.
- Daily evolution (line chart): one line per source showing when visits arrived day by day.
- Donut by source: which channels brought the most visits.
- Source table with quantity and %.
- Buttons:
- View property → go to the property's listing.
- Print → A4 "Visit Report" (free).
- Print Report for Client → complete A4 report to send to the owner, includes visits + inquiries + price history + agency identity (requires Pro+).
Print the Report
From the property detail modal you can generate three printable formats:
| Format | Content | Minimum plan |
|---|---|---|
| Visit Report (Vertical A4) | Visits only: total + donut + source table + daily evolution. | Free |
| Report: Visits and Inquiries (Vertical A4) | Visits AND inquiries on a single sheet: two donuts, two top 5 tables, two daily evolution lines. | Free |
| Complete report for client (Vertical A4) | Professional report to deliver to the owner: photo + property listing, visits + inquiries during the period, price history with status, agent and office contact information, QR code. | Pro+ |
The first two formats are free for all plans. The "Complete report for client" requires a Mapaprop Pro+ or Business subscription.
Limitations and Special Cases
- Minimum plan: the complete screen requires Mapaprop Pro+ or Business.
- Visits are anonymous: there is no visitor identification (this is NOT a visit CRM).
- Real-time data: visits are reflected within a few minutes, but the total count may take up to 1 hour to consolidate.
- Branch filter: applies to all sources (websites, Mapaprop Portals, MercadoLibre, ZonaProp). If a property changes branches, old visits still count toward the new branch (what matters is the property's current branch).
