Cancelled or rejected payment: your payment attempt expired
When a payment wasn't completed (in the case of payments with a coupon at a payment window), whether because your coupon expired or for some other reason, payment systems such as Pay with Mercadopago take about 30 days in total to report the non-payment. While this happens, your payment is in Pending status, and can be seen in Account summary > Pending Payments.
When Mercadopago reports that the payment wasn't made, Mapaprop receives the report and sends you a "cancelled or rejected payment" message. At the same time, Mercadopago will also send you a message.
Cancelled or rejected payments go back to Account summary so you can generate your payment again.
