The work order list is the complete record of every work order on your signs: the ones that are pending, the ones already done and the ones that were cancelled.

It is different from the schedule on the console, which only shows what is pending. When you confirm or cancel a work order, it leaves the schedule — but it stays here, forever.

How to get there

From the console, by either of the two paths:

  • The Orders button in the top bar.
  • The View all link in the header of the work order schedule.

The filters

FilterOptions
StatusPending · Completed · Cancelled
Type of workInstallation · Removal · Move
From / Tothe range of scheduled dates

They combine with each other. When one is applied, Clear filters appears.

How they are sorted

Next to the filters is Sort by, with three options:

OptionPuts at the top
Newest (default)the last thing you scheduled
Oldestthe first thing you scheduled
By job datewhat is closest to being carried out

Newest sorts by when you created the order, not by the job date: that date is optional and can also be changed while the order is pending, so it does not tell you when it was scheduled.

If what you want is to see what comes first, use By job date — which is the same order as the schedule on the console.

Clear filters does not change the sort order: the sort order is a preference for how you view the list, not a filter.

What each order shows

  • The order number, on the left.
  • The type of work with its arrow, and the property's address.
  • The sign: its code and its type.
  • The assigned installer, if it has one.
  • Who closed it, if it is already confirmed or cancelled.
  • On the right, the status and the scheduled date.

Clicking on any row takes you into the work order's detail, where you can edit it if it is still pending, confirm it, cancel it or send it to the installer — by email, or by copying the link to send it to them over WhatsApp.

What it is for

It is the module's traceability. With this list you can answer questions the schedule does not answer:

  • How many installations did we do last month?
  • Which work orders were cancelled, and who cancelled them?
  • When was the sign at such-and-such address removed?

Each sign's history, on its details page, shows the same thing but from the other side: instead of "every work order", "everything that happened to this sign". And every movement originated by an order has the link to that order.

The list brings orders 30 at a time. If there are more, Load more appears below.
