Property price history is a useful feature to check the prices a property has had over the time it has existed in your Mapaprop account's database.

The feature is accessible from the Property listing. Click the Price History button to see the historical prices.

The system displays the information.

Deleting an erroneous history record

If you spot a price that was recorded by mistake in the history of your own property, you can now delete it directly. Each row in the history table has a button with a trash can icon that permanently removes that record, both from the history and from the Historical Price Map.

Who can delete:

• The account administrator can delete records on all properties in their account, regardless of branch.
• A salesperson user can only delete records for properties belonging to their branch.

Which records can be deleted:

• Only records in Available or Not reported status.
• At least one record must always remain: you can't delete the only price in the history.

Protected cases — Report button:

Records in Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended status document transactions and can't be deleted directly. Nor can the last remaining record in the history. In those cases the row shows a button with a flag icon to Report the entry: the report is sent to the support team, who review it and decide whether it should be removed.
