Property Card
Overview
The property card brings together all the information about a property on a single screen: images, price, operational status, features, technical details, location, floor plan and videos.
If the property is a Real Estate Development (Building / Project), an additional panel also appears with its linked units and aggregate statistics.
Action bar (top toolbar)
The toolbar shows only icons with a tooltip (except for the Publication button, which keeps its text since it's the main action). On desktop they are all in a single row; on mobile the first row has Delete + Edit + Publication, and the rest wrap to a second row.
Left
| Button | Action |
|---|---|
| 🗑️ Delete | Permanently deletes the property. Asks for confirmation. Only appears if you're not in read-only mode. |
| ✏️ Edit (split button) | The main button goes to full editing. The chevron ▼ opens a menu with shortcuts to the property's sub-pages: Prices, Images, Map, Videos, Floor Plan, Documents, MercadoLibre, Duplicate, Multiply and Network Configuration. |
Right (visual order)
| Button | Action / Visibility |
|---|---|
| 🏠 / 🏢 View Property / View Development | Return to the card's read mode from any sub-page (prices, images, etc.). Hidden if you're already on the main view. |
| ⏳ Request Authorization / Approve (amber) | Only appears on Business accounts with a moderation workflow. Vendor requests, main/manager approves. If the status is pending, the vendor sees a "Pending authorization" badge. |
| ⬆️ Publication (green, with text) | Opens the side panel to publish/unpublish on portals and networks. It's the only button that keeps its visible label. |
| 📊 Statistics | Opens the side panel with the property's metrics: leads, visits, card completeness. |
| 📝 Notes | Internal notes for the property. Hidden in vendor read-only mode. |
| 👥 Contacts | Contacts linked to the property. Hidden in vendor read-only mode. |
| 📅 Bookings | Booking management. Only appears if the operation is Short-term rental. |
| 💵 Deals | Sales, rentals and commissions. Only Business plan or higher. |
| Share by email. Only if the property is published. | |
| 🔗 Share | Share modal with social networks and links. Only if the property is published. |
| Goes to the print screen (see help). Only if the property is published. | |
| 📱 QR | Modal with the QR code to share the public card link. Only if the property is published. |
On mobile the toolbar uses two rows: top row with Delete + Edit + Publication (the critical ones), bottom row with the rest. Each button has a tooltip on hover.
The side panel buttons (Statistics, Notes, Contacts, Bookings, Deals) open the side panel without changing pages. This lets you view and operate on the property without losing context.

Unit list (collapsible)
Grid with cards for each linked unit. Each card shows:

- Address, code, last update date.
- Tags with type, operation, status, credit-eligible, business-eligible, furnished.
- Price + publication status.
- Buttons: View card, Edit, Remove from development.
Adding units to the development
Click the green "Add properties" button:
- The unit list automatically expands.
- The page scrolls down to the units panel.
- A dialog opens with a property search.
- You search by code, address, area or price.
- Click a property to link it.
Filters applied to the search:
- Excludes units already linked to the development.
- Excludes the development itself (it cannot link to itself).
Restriction: a property can only belong to ONE development at a time. If you try to link a property that's already in another development, you'll get the message "This property already belongs to another development. Remove it from the other one first."
Removing a unit
Click "Remove from development" inside the unit's card. Asks for confirmation. The property is NOT deleted from the system, it's only unlinked from the development and becomes available again to link to another one.
Deleting the property
Click the red trash button. Asks for confirmation. If the property is a development, the linked units are NOT deleted, they are only automatically unlinked.
Vendor (read-only mode)
If you're a vendor (role customer:vendor) and you're viewing a property from another branch that isn't yours, the card is shown in read-only mode:
- The Edit / Delete / Close Deal buttons are hidden.
- A "Read only" badge appears in the toolbar.
