Connect Accounts
From Settings > Connect Accounts you link Mapaprop with other portals and systems to publish your properties and receive inquiries, using the same database you already loaded into Mapaprop.
Connecting accounts is a feature that requires an active subscription and can only be managed by account administrators.
What it lets you do
- Automatically publish your properties to the connected portals, without re-entering the data.
- Receive inquiries from those portals in your Messages / Leads Inbox.
- Import properties from some portals (depending on the connection).
- Keep everything synchronized from a single database: changes you make in Mapaprop are reflected on the portals.
Available connections

How to connect or configure
- Go to Settings > Connect Accounts.
- On the card for the portal you want, click Connect.
- Follow the steps for that connection — each portal asks for different data (see its help article).
- Once connected, the button changes to Configure (or Reconnect if access has expired, as can happen with MercadoLibre).
The Connection Status block shows you at a glance which portals are connected (green), disconnected (gray), or have an expired token (yellow). The View Status button summarizes the current status.
Requirements

| Administrator role | Only administrators can connect, configure, or disconnect accounts. |
| Active subscription | Connecting portals is a premium feature (see Subscription). If you don't have one, Mapaprop will offer to upgrade your plan when you try to connect. |
Some portals (such as Argenprop) are only available to real estate agencies in a specific country. Check the help article for each connection.
Disconnect
To stop using a connection, go to its settings and press Disconnect. If you want to switch accounts, disconnect and reconnect.
Disconnecting in Mapaprop does not take down the listings you already published on the portal: those listings remain live there. If you want to take them down, do it from each property's publication panel or directly on the portal.
Things to keep in mind
- Connections to portals require an active subscription and administrator role.
- Each portal handles its own contracting, billing, and rules — that's managed with the portal, not with Mapaprop.
- Always edit your properties from Mapaprop: the next edit syncs the listing on the portal. Editing directly on the portal can cause differences.
Premium Features: Connecting accounts is a feature for clients with a Subscription. To manage your plan, go to Settings > Upgrade in the Mapaprop menu.
