Network Marketplace
The Marketplace is where you see every available Real Estate Network / MLS and ask to join one. Each network appears with its logo, name, which features it has turned on, and an action button.
⚠️ To connect to a network you need the Plus plan or higher.
On any plan —FREE included— you can browse the Marketplace and see every network. But when you hit Connect, the system will ask you to activate your plan before going any further.
The exception is the Mapaprop Network: you don't connect to it, it's automatic, and it works on FREE in a limited way.
The three network models
There are no generic networks on the Marketplace: every network a client creates is one of these three models, and the name already tells you what you get by joining. The Mapaprop Network sits apart — it's the system's, automatic for every account.

Not every network is on the Marketplace
A network whose owner chose not to publish it doesn't appear here. Those are joined by direct invitation from the owner.
The three connection states
Each network shows you a button telling you where you stand with it. There are three and no more:

💡 Pending isn't up to you. The request already arrived and the network's owner has to approve it. In the meantime there's nothing to configure and nothing to retry.
How to connect, step by step
- Find the network on the Marketplace.
- Click Connect.
- Read the network's information: description, required plan, cost, and terms.
- Set your two options — the detail of each is below.
- Click Activate Connection.
Your request stays Pending until the owner approves it. Only then does the network appear under Properties → Networks tab.
The two options you set when connecting
They're two separate switches, and mixing them up is the most common mistake: one decides what you contribute to the network, the other where what's already inside gets shown.
Automatically publish my properties on this network
Governs how much you contribute to the network's pool.

⚠️ Its initial state isn't always "off": it comes from the mode the network's owner chose. If the network is Automatic by default, the switch appears already on — and when you confirm, your entire portfolio enters the network. Detail in 3.2 Your personal setting.
🔒 If the network is Mandatory, the switch appears with a lock and you can't change it. It's a condition of that network, not an error.
💡 Turning it off later does not remove the properties that already went in. That's done one by one, from each property's publication panel.
Publish on website
It only appears on the MLS Network and the MLS Network with co-brokering, and it doesn't do what the name suggests at first glance: it brings the network's catalog to YOUR site, and in the other direction puts your properties on the other members' sites.
You need the Business plan. Without it you lose nothing else —you keep contributing to the pool and appearing on the network's portal—; the only thing you don't get is the catalog inside your own site. Detail in 4.1 Publication on Websites.
Once connected
From that network's Configure button you can:
- Turn automatic publication on or off, if the network allows it
- Turn publication on website on or off
- See the network's useful links: online listings, upgrade plan
And where do you see the network's properties? Under Properties → Networks tab. If it doesn't show up, the cause is usually your plan or a request that's still pending: it's in Network access.
If your plan drops or you cancel your subscription
- Your connections are deactivated and your properties stop appearing on those networks.
- Your properties are not deleted: they just leave the networks.
- ⚠️ If you reactivate your plan, you'll have to reconnect to each network by hand. Connections don't come back on their own.
