Connect with Argenprop
This page allows you to link your Argenprop account with Mapaprop to publish your properties and manage your listings on the portal.
To connect, you need to have a contracted account with Argenprop beforehand. The contracting, subscription payment, and cancellation of the Argenprop service are not linked to Mapaprop: they are managed directly with Argenprop.
Connecting with Argenprop is a feature that requires an active subscription. Additionally, it is only available for real estate agencies in Argentina and can only be managed by account administrators.
Requirements
Before connecting, your account must meet three conditions. If any are missing, the screen displays a message instead of the connection form:
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Active subscription | Connecting Argenprop is a premium feature (see Subscription). |
| Real estate agency in Argentina | Argenprop is only available for accounts in Argentina. |
| Administrator role | Only administrators can connect or disconnect the account. |
How to connect
- Go to Settings > Connect Accounts > Argenprop.
- Complete the form with your Argenprop account details:
- User (email): the email of your Argenprop account.
- Password: the password of your Argenprop account.
- IdAnunciante: the identifier number of your real estate agency in Argenprop. Argenprop sends it to you in your credentials (they also call it IdVendedor). For example: 298153.
- Click Connect.
If the details are correct, the account will be linked and the screen will change to the Connected state.
The IdAnunciante is provided to you by Argenprop along with your publishing credentials. Without this number, the account cannot be connected. If you don't have it, request it from Argenprop.
Mapaprop securely stores the link to your account. You don't need to re-enter the password each time you use it.
When you connect your account with Mapaprop, Argenprop may deactivate the listings you had published through another means (their own panel or another CRM). According to what Argenprop indicates, their policy is to remove what was published through the previous medium when a real estate agency changes CRM, to avoid duplicate listings when republishing. That decision is made by Argenprop. Once your account is connected, you republish your properties from Mapaprop and they are managed from here.
Features when you are connected
Once connected, the screen displays a green Active label with your real estate agency name, and an Account details section with the information registered in Argenprop:
- Advertiser ID: the number you entered when connecting.
- Source ID: your real estate agency identifier in Argenprop.
- Contact email of the account.
- Contact: name of the contact person.
- Phone number of contact.
- Availability: business hours.
- Zone: location of your real estate agency.
The contact details, phone, availability, and zone are displayed according to what you have loaded in your Argenprop account.
View online listings
The View online listings button opens a paginated list of your published listings on Argenprop. For each listing you will see:
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Listing title on Argenprop. |
| Code | Listing code. |
| Status | VIGENTE (published and active) or HISTORICO (no longer valid). |
| Points | Subscription points consumed by the listing. |
| View listing | Opens the published listing on Argenprop in a new tab. |
You can navigate between pages with Previous and Next, and refresh the list with the reload button.
Publishing properties
The connection enables Argenprop as a publishing destination. Publishing is done from each property, in the publishing panel of its card (not from this screen). See Publish on Argenprop for details of the process.
Publishing on Argenprop consumes subscription points from your portal account. If you don't have sufficient subscription, Mapaprop will notify you when you attempt to publish and the listing will not be created. Manage your subscription directly with Argenprop.
The messages and inquiries you receive from Argenprop arrive at your Messages / Leads Inbox, where you can respond to them.
Disconnect Argenprop account
- Click Disconnect (red button).
- Confirm the action in the dialog.
Disconnecting cuts off Mapaprop's access to your Argenprop account.
Only administrators can disconnect the account.
Disconnecting in Mapaprop does not deactivate the listings you already have published on Argenprop: those listings remain live on the portal. If you want to remove them, do so from the publishing panel of each property or directly in Argenprop.
Things to keep in mind
- The connection is only for real estate agencies in Argentina with an active subscription.
- The contracting and subscription (points) of Argenprop are managed with Argenprop, not with Mapaprop.
- Any changes to a property (edit, unpublish or delete) must be made from Mapaprop: the next edit will overwrite the listing on Argenprop.
- Avoid editing your listings directly on Argenprop, as Mapaprop does not take those changes.
- Disconnecting does not unpublish your listings on Argenprop.
Troubleshooting
- Could not connect / credential error
Verify that the email and password are those of your Argenprop account and that the account is active on the portal. If the error persists, try another browser or report a problem. - Could not connect / invalid advertiser
Verify that the IdAnunciante is correct: it is the number that Argenprop sent you in your credentials (also called IdVendedor). If the number is correct and it still won't connect, it's possible that your account is not yet enabled on Argenprop's side; contact Argenprop to confirm. - I don't see the connection form
The screen displays a message instead of the form when a requirement is missing: you don't have an active subscription, your account is not from Argentina, or you are not an administrator. Review the Requirements section above. - My listings don't appear in "View online listings"
If you just connected or published, it may take a few minutes to reflect. Refresh the list with the reload button. If you still don't see listings that you know are published, report a problem. - When publishing it says I don't have sufficient subscription
Publishing on Argenprop consumes points from your portal subscription. Load or renew your subscription directly with Argenprop and try again.
