Connect with Argenprop
This page lets you link your Argenprop account with Mapaprop to publish your properties and manage your listings on the portal.
To connect, you need the integration credentials that Argenprop gives you, not the ones for your portal account. Argenprop sends them by email: a user in the format xxx@api.com, a password, and your IdAnunciante. If you use your regular Argenprop email and password, the account will show as "connected" but you will not be able to publish afterward (error "your user does not have permissions").
To connect, you first need an account contracted with Argenprop. Contracting, paying the subscription, and canceling the Argenprop service are not linked to Mapaprop: they are managed directly with Argenprop.
Connecting with Argenprop is a feature that requires an active subscription. It is also only available for agencies in Argentina, and only administrators of the account can manage it.
Requirements
Before connecting, your account must meet three conditions. If any is missing, the screen shows a message instead of the connection form:

How to connect
- Go to Settings > Connect Accounts > Argenprop.
- Fill out the form with your integration credentials (the ones Argenprop sent you by email, not the ones for your portal account):
- User: the integration user in the format
xxx@api.com. This is not the email you use to log in to the portal. - Password: the integration password Argenprop sent you along with that user. This is not your regular Argenprop password.
- IdAnunciante: the identifier number for your agency in Argenprop. It is sent to you along with the integration credentials (also called IdVendedor). For example: 298153.
- User: the integration user in the format
- Click Connect.
If the data is correct, the account gets linked and the screen switches to the Connected state.
The integration credentials (user xxx@api.com, password, and IdAnunciante) are provided by Argenprop by email. The account cannot be connected without them. If you do not have them, request them from Argenprop.
Mapaprop securely stores the link to your account. You do not need to enter the password again each time.
When you connect your account with Mapaprop, Argenprop may take down the listings you had published through another channel (its own panel or another CRM). According to what Argenprop tells us, its policy is to remove what was published through the previous channel when an agency switches CRM, to avoid duplicate listings when republishing. That decision is made by Argenprop. Once your account is connected, you republish your properties from Mapaprop and they are managed from here on.
Features once you are connected
Once connected, the screen shows a green Active label with your agency's name, and an Account data section with the information registered in Argenprop:
- ID Anunciante: the number you entered when connecting.
- ID Origen: your agency's identifier in Argenprop.
- Contact email of the account.
- Contact: the contact person's name.
- Phone number.
- Availability: business hours.
- Zone: your agency's location.
The contact, phone, availability, and zone data are shown based on what you have loaded in your Argenprop account.
View listings online
The View listings online button opens a paginated list of your listings published on Argenprop. For each listing you will see:

You can navigate between pages with Previous and Next, and refresh the list with the reload button.
Publishing properties
The connection enables Argenprop as a publishing destination. Publishing is done from each property, in its listing's publication panel (not from this screen). See Publish on Argenprop for the process details.
Publishing on Argenprop consumes subscription points from your portal account. If you do not have enough subscription balance, Mapaprop will warn you when you try to publish and the listing will not be created. Manage your subscription directly with Argenprop.
Messages and inquiries you receive from Argenprop arrive in your Messages / Leads Inbox, where you can reply to them.
Disconnecting your Argenprop account
- Click Disconnect (red button).
- Confirm the action in the dialog.
Disconnecting cuts off Mapaprop's access to your Argenprop account.
Only administrators can disconnect the account.
Disconnecting in Mapaprop does not take down the listings you already have published on Argenprop: those listings stay live on the portal. If you want to take them down, do it from each property's publication panel or directly on Argenprop.
Things to keep in mind
- The connection is only for agencies in Argentina with an active subscription.
- Contracting and the subscription (points) with Argenprop are managed with Argenprop, not with Mapaprop.
- Every change to a property (editing, unpublishing, or deleting) must be done from Mapaprop: the next edit overwrites the listing on Argenprop.
- Avoid editing your listings directly on Argenprop, since Mapaprop does not pick up those changes.
- Disconnecting does not unpublish your listings on Argenprop.
Troubleshooting
- Could not connect / credentials error
Check that you are using the integration credentials Argenprop sent you by email (a user in the formatxxx@api.comand its password), not the email and password you normally use to log in to the portal. If the error persists, try another browser or report a problem. - Could not connect / invalid advertiser
Check that the IdAnunciante is correct: it is the number Argenprop sent you along with the integration credentials (also called IdVendedor). If the number is correct and it still does not connect, contact Argenprop to confirm it. - I do not see the connection form
The screen shows a message instead of the form when a requirement is missing: you do not have an active subscription, your account is not from Argentina, or you are not an administrator. Review the Requirements section above. - My listings do not appear in "View listings online"
If you just connected or published, it can take a few minutes to show up. Refresh the list with the reload button. If you still do not see listings you know are published, report a problem. - When publishing it says I do not have enough subscription balance
Publishing on Argenprop consumes points from your portal subscription. Load or renew your subscription directly on Argenprop and try again.
Premium features: Connecting with Argenprop is a feature for customers with a Subscription. To manage your plan, go to Settings > Upgrade in the Mapaprop menu.
