Connect with Zonaprop

This page lets you link your Zonaprop account with Mapaprop to publish properties and manage your listings.

There are two integration types available to connect with Zonaprop:

How to connect

Step 1: Choose integration type

Go to Settings > Connect Accounts > Zonaprop. You will see two cards to choose the connection type:

• Zonaprop API (Recommended): Click Connect API
• Zonaprop XML (Classic): Click Connect XML

1. Enter the email of your Zonaprop account in the field
2. Click Start
3. The configuration will be saved and you will move to the next step

You can go back to the integration type selector with the Back link at the top of the form.

Step 3: Link account ("Connection Started" status)

At this step you will see an indicator showing whether you are connecting via API or XML. You have two options:

• Link Zonaprop Account: Continues the OAuth authorization process
• Restart Connection: Erases the entire configuration and returns to step 1 (type selection)

When you click Link Zonaprop Account:

1. A Zonaprop/Navent authorization button will appear
2. Press the button to open the authorization window
3. Enter your Zonaprop username and password in the pop-up window
4. Accept the terms and permissions so Mapaprop can publish on your behalf
5. Return to this page and click Verify Connection

After authorizing in the pop-up window, click Verify Connection to confirm that everything completed correctly.

The message must be successful. Otherwise, report an issue indicating what the error was or the message Zonaprop gave you.

Features when you're connected

Once connected, the page shows a label indicating the active integration type: API or CLASSIC.

Account information

• Email of the connected account
• Last update of the sync

Active plans

If your account has publication plans on Zonaprop, you will see cards with:

• Plan name
• Available and total listings

Advanced features

Migrate from XML to API

If your account is connected with XML (classic) integration, you will see a banner suggesting you migrate to Zonaprop API to get instant publication. You can click Request Migration to start the process.

"Connected without plans" status

It can happen that you complete the link with Zonaprop but when verifying the connection Mapaprop shows you the No plans label instead of the normal connected status. This means:

• The connection between Mapaprop and Zonaprop was activated correctly
• But Zonaprop has not yet assigned publication plans to your account on their side

While this situation is not resolved, you cannot publish properties on Zonaprop because there is no plan available.

What to do

1. Contact Zonaprop and request that they assign the contracted plans to your account in the API for Mapaprop.
2. Once Zonaprop confirms that the plans are available, come back to this page and click Activate plans.
3. If the plans already appear, the status automatically changes to Connected and the label changes to API (green).
4. If you still see the No plans notice after several attempts, contact technical support.

Disconnect button

From this status you can also click Disconnect to return to the start of the connection process (step 1). Since this account never had plans assigned, disconnecting only removes the configuration on Mapaprop and you can reconnect whenever you want (for example, with another email account).

Publish properties

If everything was successful, you are now enabled to publish on Zonaprop from each property (see Zonaprop help).

Disconnect Zonaprop account

1. Click Disconnect (red button)
2. Confirm the action in the dialog
3. It will disconnect from both Mapaprop and Navent/Zonaprop

Note: Only administrators and managers can disconnect.

Forced disconnection

If the normal disconnection fails (for example, if you already unlinked from Zonaprop), a Force Disconnect button will appear that disconnects only the Mapaprop side.

Restart connection

If the connection was left in an intermediate state ("Connection Started") and you need to start from scratch:

1. Click Restart Connection
2. Confirm in the dialog
3. The entire configuration will be erased and you will return to the integration type selector (step 1)

Things to keep in mind

• You can only use this service if you are subscribed to Mapaprop Plus. If your subscription is deactivated due to non-payment or service cancellation, your properties will automatically be unlinked from Zonaprop.
• If you are the beneficiary of a promotion, follow the communication of that promotion.
• You will be able to publish freely according to your plans contracted with Zonaprop, whose information will be visible on the Publish screen.
• If you link your account with Mapaprop, you will not be able to publish properties from any other similar system or directly from Zonaprop.
• With API integration, publication is instant. With XML integration, changes take approx. 1 hour.
• Any change you want to make to the property (edit, unpublish or delete) must be done from Mapaprop.
• If you have a problem, use our Help and support. We will be able to solve it.
• Avoid editing your properties directly on Zonaprop, since Mapaprop does not take those changes.
• With XML integration: Mapaprop retrieves the Message Inbox / Leads of published properties once an hour.
• To unlink Zonaprop from Mapaprop you can use the Disconnect button or request it directly from Zonaprop.

Troubleshooting

• Incomplete authorization
  If an "Incomplete Authorization" error appears when verifying the connection:
  • Make sure you authorized the application correctly in the pop-up window
  • Try the process again from Link Zonaprop Account
  • If the problem persists, try another browser
• The Zonaprop button does not appear
  If the authorization button does not load when pressing Link Zonaprop Account:
  • Check that you don't have script or pop-up blockers active
  • Try another browser
  • Restart the connection and try again
• I tried to connect but it shows it's already active
  If you try to connect but a message appears indicating the integration is already activated, immediately report an issue to technical support explaining the case.
• I don't have available slots to publish
  If for some reason the system does not show the actual number of available slots in your plan, Mapaprop updates your information every hour. Therefore, the plan information will be shown correctly within an hour at most.

• My Zonaprop account shows many unpublished listings
  When you start with our service, you will only be able to publish properties from Mapaprop. Therefore, if your account had properties published from another system or from Zonaprop, those properties will be permanently unpublished.
  Mapaprop listings have a long alphanumeric code, for example "8E6842C68C9538AC1E2B2274BDFB107B". Listings with another type of code are not Mapaprop listings.
• My Zonaprop account has draft listings or listings showing an error
  If you see a listing with an error or in draft status in your Zonaprop account, you can correct it yourself by adding the missing information.
  In case it shows an error such as "You must select a city", report a problem indicating the property code.
• Listings are not published on Zonaprop (XML integration)
  With XML integration, when publishing a property, Mapaprop puts it in a queue. That queue is processed every hour, generating a file that Zonaprop also retrieves every hour.
  If you notice that the property has not been published for more than two hours, check on Mapaprop if the property is published (Property Card > View publication button).
  If this does not happen, please report a problem indicating the property code.
• Navent error when disconnecting
  If it was not possible to disconnect from Navent:
  • It's possible you already unlinked from Zonaprop
  • Use the Force Disconnect button to disconnect only from Mapaprop
  • If the problem persists, contact technical support
• I connected but I see the "No plans" notice
  If after verifying the connection you see the No plans label instead of the Connected status:
  • The connection between Mapaprop and Zonaprop was activated correctly
  • Zonaprop did not assign publication plans to your account on their side
  • Contact Zonaprop and inform them that the plans are not available in the API for Mapaprop
  • Once Zonaprop confirms, click Activate plans to retry
  • While no plans are assigned you cannot publish; you can Disconnect and start from scratch if needed
