Configuration
This help article will teach you how to configure your Mapaprop account. From this section you can manage every aspect of your account: company, users, integrations, plans and more.
Available sections
The Configuration page gives you access to the following sections:

My Company My Company
Manage the data of your real estate company and general settings. This section is available only to users with an Administrator role (customer:main or customer:manager).
Includes:
- Company contact details
- Logo and branding
- Regional settings
Branches Branches
Manage your company's branches and locations. You can create new branches, edit existing ones and assign users to each one.
Users Users
Manage your company's users:
- Create and edit users
- Assign roles and permissions
- View team activity
Connect Accounts Connect Accounts
Connecting accounts adds power to your Mapaprop account. Some connections are available only with premium plans.

Network Settings Real Estate Networks / MLS
Configure your networks and MLS (Multiple Listing Service) connections. This section lets you manage how your properties are shared with other real estate agencies.
Every Mapaprop user shares their published properties within the Real Estate Networks network. You can also subscribe to Red Mapaprop to access search and communication with other colleagues.
It is very important to set the shared commission configuration, to communicate on all your properties whether they are eligible for shared commission. The options are Yes / No, and if yes, you can write clarifying text with conditions.
By clicking Yes, all your properties will communicate that they are eligible for shared commission. We recommend adding a clarifying note in the text field enabled for that purpose.
Setting "No" (does not share commission) does not remove your listing from the Real Estate Network: it only shows a "does not share commission" message and will not prevent other real estate agencies from sending you messages. This setting is global; you can later change it individually from each property's edit screen, in the Share commissions in Network > Individual Property setting tab.
Manage the use of tokens and artificial intelligence services. This section is available only to users with a Premium plan (Plus, Pro or Business).
Includes:
- Available and consumed tokens
- Plan limit
- Usage history
API Token API Token
Manage your access token to integrate with the Mapaprop API. Requires Pro+ plan or higher.
Tip: If you try to access it without a Pro+ plan, a modal will be shown to upgrade your plan.
Check your account status, payments and transactions. Includes invoice history and payment methods.
Manage Plans Subscription
Manage your current plan and explore upgrade options. From here you can:
- View your current plan
- Compare available plans
- Upgrade or downgrade

My Profile My profile
Manage your personal information and account settings:
- Personal data
- Change password
- Notification preferences
Manage Account Manage Account (Advanced)
Advanced settings and account administration. Available only to users with an Administrator role.
Includes:
- Account activity log (logs) (requires Business)
- Account management
- Cancellation options
