Publication and distribution of properties on free real estate portals.
Mapaprop has the option to publish the properties you enter into the system on multiple internet real estate portals, completely automatically. To publish on free portals, you only need to press the publish button. No other special action is required.
In general, the different portals connected to Mapaprop are responsible for recurrently searching for information on your properties published from Mapaprop. Each portal has its own method and timing. For more details, read the individual information for each portal. !CAUTION Publishing or unpublishing properties on portals is an automatic function: there is no special action you need to perform. Publish, unpublish, or delete properties directly in Mapaprop.
The service has the following general characteristics:
- There are free publication portals and paid (premium) publication portals.
- The system allows publishing Developments / Projects (currently on Website and MemudoYa.com)
- In general, publication on free portals has no limit on the number of properties or time.
- Generally, on free portals, publication may not be instantaneous. Each timeframe is reported in the help documentation referring to the portal. The same applies to unpublication.
- Premium portals have their own conditions (e.g., Zonaprop, Mercadolibre, Argenprop, etc.)
- You have complete control of the listing from Mapaprop. For any contingency, request support from Mapaprop.
- Important: There are portals that send inquiries through Mapaprop and others that send inquiries directly. All Inbox Messages / Leads that come through Mapaprop send email notifications to the Branches linked to the Properties. If it is not the main branch, a copy is sent to the email registered in My Company. Read more details about this function in Branches.
- You publish and unpublish with a button, but some portals have their own controls that are enabled after you press Publish and are disabled when you press Unpublish.
- Some portals convert the original currency of your listing, based on their own method. Mapaprop cannot prevent such conversion; therefore, we provide the original currency and amount of the published property within the property description.

Each portal has its own search method; read the help for each case to learn about specific methods. In some cases, direct links to the listing are provided.
Do you have a Real Estate Network? Mapaprop provides services for Networks. Contact us through this page to see options https://www.mapaprop.com/dev. Our services allow creating Real Estate Networks / MLS where only a certain number of real estate agencies can publish.
