Real Estate Networks (MLS)

A Real Estate Network lets you search, publish, and contact properties from other Mapaprop professionals, to do business together.

You're already taking part

You don't have to do anything to be in the Mapaprop Network: participation takes effect every time you publish a property on your account. It's automatic for everyone.

What does depend on your plan is searching it: on FREE your properties are visible, but you don't get search; from Plus on you can search and contact peers. See Searching Networks.

Besides the Mapaprop Network, you can join the networks other agencies build and publish on the Marketplace.

⚠️ A property that's Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended doesn't appear on any network. If it was already shared, it leaves on its own — and if it becomes available again, it goes back in without you doing anything. The full list of what blocks publication is in What never publishes.

Your commission policy

It's the setting most worth having done, and it works on two levels:

Level	What you define	Where
General, for your whole portfolio	Whether you share commission and on what terms — free text that every member of the network sees	Your agency's settings
Per property, when you need an exception	The same, but only for that property. It overrides the general one	Sharing commissions on the Network

💡 Example: your general policy is to share 50%, but on one specific property you want to offer 40%. You change it from that property's individual settings and the rest of your portfolio stays as it was.
