This page lets you configure the shared commission parameters for an individual property, overriding your account's Configuration. Exclusive feature of Mapaprop Plus & Mapaprop Business Manager
Overview
Mapaprop lets you set a general configuration that applies to all your properties. However, there are cases where you need a specific property to have a different configuration.
This page allows exactly that: configuring the property independently.
Important: The individual property configuration overrides the general configuration. Once activated, this setting can only be changed from the property itself.
When you enter this page, you'll see a message indicating your account's current general configuration:
- Share fees/commissions? → YES or NO
If you want to change the general configuration (which applies to all your properties), click the "Change general configuration" button.
Tip: The general configuration affects all your properties. Configure this property individually only if you need to show a different message than the rest.
To configure this property independently:
- Enable the "Enable property configuration" toggle
- The individual configuration options will be shown
- Configure the fields as needed
- Click Save to apply the changes
Share commission
Once the individual configuration is enabled, you can configure:

| Do I share fees/commissions? | Select "Yes, I share" or "No, I don't share" as applicable for this property |
| Conditions | Free text to detail the commission conditions (e.g.: "I share at 50%"). Maximum 255 characters. This text will be visible to your network colleagues |
Save and delete
Save configuration
Click Save to apply the changes. You'll be asked to confirm before saving. Once saved, your network colleagues will be able to see your choice and the conditions text on the Property record.
Delete configuration
If you want to revert to the general configuration, click Delete. You'll be asked to confirm. This removes the individual configuration and the property goes back to using your account's Configuration.
How the hierarchy works
- No individual configuration → The property uses your account's general configuration
- With individual configuration enabled → The property uses its own configuration, independent of the general one
- When you delete the individual configuration → The property goes back to using the general configuration
