Get the benefits of a real estate agency account

Converting your Mercadolibre account into a Real Estate Agency account is optional, and will give you access to publication plans for real estate professionals. The steps to convert your account into a real estate agency are as follows.

Start the registration

From the help section, choose the My account settings option.

Then choose the Register as a company, dealership, or real estate agency option.

Now choose Real Estate Agency

Finally, you'll be able to enter the company's details in order to be validated as a Real Estate Agency. Fill out the form and click Register

Once registered, a success message will appear, and you'll be asked to send some information by email. The type of documentation the screen requests depends on each country.

Sending the requested documentation is mandatory. Until you do, the system won't let you choose plans.

You'll also receive an email confirming the success of the operation and reminding you that you need to send the documentation

Send the documentation

Write an email to inmobiliarias@mercadolibre.com attaching the requested documentation, in order to complete the registration process. You'll need to wait for a response.
