Real Estate Network - General Settings
Overview
This page lets you configure how you share fees and commissions with other real estate agencies in the network. The settings you define here apply as the default value to all your properties, except for those with an individual configuration.
Sharing Commissions

| "Share Commissions" toggle | Turn commission sharing with the network on or off |
| Commission Terms | Free text where you describe your terms (min. 20, max. 200 characters). E.g.: "I share 50%, paid 30 days after closing" |
Enable sharing
- Turn on the "Share Commissions" toggle.
- Write your terms in the text field (minimum 20 characters).
- Click Save and confirm in the dialog.
Your terms will be visible to all members of the network you belong to.
Disable sharing
When you turn off the toggle, the terms are cleared automatically and the setting is saved immediately. There's no need to click Save.
Configuration hierarchy

If a property has an individual configuration, it overrides the general one.
Permissions
- Administrators and managers: can view and modify this setting.
- Salespeople: can view the setting but can't modify it.
Important information
- The terms are purely informational and don't imply an automatic contractual commitment. Each deal must be agreed upon individually between the parties.
- The "Important: Click to read" button shows detailed information about how sharing works within the network.
Tip: You can set different terms for specific properties from each property's listing.
