Real Estate Network - General Settings
Overview
This page lets you configure how you share fees and commissions with other agencies in the network. The settings you define here apply as the default value to all your properties, except those that have individual settings.
Sharing Commissions

| "Share Commissions" toggle | Turn commission sharing with the network on or off |
| Commission Terms | Free text where you describe your terms (min. 20, max. 200 characters). E.g.: "I share 50/50, payment within 30 days of closing" |
Turning sharing on
- Turn the "Share Commissions" toggle on.
- Write the terms in the text field (minimum 20 characters).
- Click Save and confirm in the dialog.
Your terms will be visible to every member of the network you belong to.
Turning sharing off
When you turn the toggle off, the terms are cleared automatically and the setting is saved immediately. There's no need to press Save.
Settings hierarchy

If a property has individual settings, they override the general ones.
Permissions
- Administrators and managers: can view and modify these settings.
- Agents: can view the settings but cannot modify them.
Important information
- The terms are merely indicative and don't imply an automatic contractual commitment. Each deal must be agreed individually between the parties.
- The "Important: Click to read" button shows detailed information about how sharing works within the network.
Tip: You can set different terms for specific properties from each property's own page.
