Create and manage Real Estate Networks / MLS

From this section you can view and manage the networks you created. Each network shows its logo, name, type, contact email, number of members and status (published or hidden).

Available actions

  • Create Network: Opens the form to create a new real estate network (requires a Business subscription).
  • Publish/Hide from Marketplace: Controls whether your network appears in the marketplace so other users can connect to it. If the network is incomplete (missing required fields or plan template), it cannot be published.
  • Manage: Access the network detail to edit configuration, view members, rules and properties.

Create a new network

  1. Click Create Network
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Name of the network
    • Type of network (Open, Partner, Cowork, Business)
    • Contact Name and Email
    • Bio (minimum 50 characters, maximum 1000)
    • Logo (image URL)
  3. Set the options:
    • Mandatory Publication: When enabled, each member's properties are shared automatically
    • Publish on Website: Properties appear on members' websites (MLS networks only)
  4. Click Create Network

Tip: The Business Network type (closed MLS) will only be available with the Business Manager plan.

Network detail

By clicking on a network or on Manage, you access the administration panel with:

  • Network data: Name, type, contact, bio, logo, refcode
  • Plan Template: Plan description, maximum listings, cost, billing cycle, URLs
  • Configuration: Mandatory publication, publication on website
  • Navigation: Access to Members, Rules and Properties (requires the network to be complete)

Members

From the members section you can:

  • View the list of members with filters (all, active, inactive)
  • Search by name, email or ID
  • Approve pending members (the network's plan template is applied to them)
  • Deactivate active members
  • View the record of each member with their data, active plan and properties published on the network

Rules

Rules let you control what network members can do:

You can add, activate/deactivate and delete rules from this section.

Properties

Shows all the properties published on the network by all members. Includes filters by operation, type and order. Each property shows image, code, title, type, operation, price, member and date.

Danger Zone

At the end of the network detail there are advanced options:

  • Delete Network: Only available if it has no active members. If the network has members, the button appears disabled with the message "Contact support".
