Create and manage Real Estate Networks / MLS
Overview
From this section you can view and manage the networks you created. Each network shows its logo, name, which features are turned on, its Plan Template (the plan it offers its members), contact email, number of members, its reference code, and its status (published or hidden).
Available actions
- Create Network: opens the wizard to create a new network. You need the Business or Business Manager plan. Entity plans (Business Promo) cannot found a network: if that's your case, the button offers you the plan change instead of opening the wizard.
- Publish/Hide from Marketplace: Controls whether your network appears in the marketplace so other users can connect. If the network is incomplete it can't be published. To be complete it needs: name, contact name and email, a bio of 50 characters or more, a logo, and the Plan Template with its description, number of listings, cost, and billing cycle.
- Manage: Access the network's detail to edit settings, view members, rules, and properties.
Creating a new network
Click Create Network and follow the seven-step wizard. The full detail is in Creating Real Estate Networks; in short: what your network does, its identity, what members contribute, the own storefront, brand and promotion, which features you want to add, and a final review before confirming.
The logo is uploaded from your computer (JPG, PNG, or GIF, up to 5 MB) and is optional to create the network. Without a logo the network exists, but you won't be able to publish it on the Marketplace.
Tip: The network's directory (offices, branches, and agents + co-brokering) is enabled by Mapaprop, not by self-service: it opens the internal structure of every member.
Network detail
Clicking a network or Manage takes you into the administration panel. From top to bottom it has eight blocks:

Network Settings (block 5)
Inside are the data —name, contact, bio, logo (the file is uploaded)— and the three switches you control yourself:
- Publish on members' websites — having the network's catalog appear inside each member's site
- Publish on Marketplace — letting other agencies discover your network and ask to join
- Share with branch identity — having each branch appear with its own identity inside the network, instead of the account's. Requires Business Manager
At the end of the block there's a folded one, What Mapaprop defines: the rules we turn on. You don't edit them, but it's worth seeing them — they're the terms your members accept when they join, and you're the one who explains them.
Promotion URLs (block 7)
Both are optional and don't prevent saving:
- Upgrade URL: where a member goes when they want to sign up for a higher plan in your network
- Listing URL: where they see the network's published properties
You can use them for whatever you need: a landing page for your network, a signup form, a price list, or any page of your own you want to take your members to.
The shortcuts grid (block 2) only unlocks once the network is complete. While something is missing you'll see the "Incomplete network" notice with what needs to be filled in. And while you have unsaved changes, a fixed bar appears at the bottom reminding you and letting you discard or save — if a required field is missing, that same bar tells you that you can't save yet.

Members
From the members section you can:
- View the list of members with filters (all, active, inactive)
- Search by name, email, or ID
- Approve pending members (the network's Plan Template is applied to them)
- Deactivate active members
- View each member's profile, with their data, active plan, and properties published in the network
What plan each member needs
Approving someone doesn't grant them access on its own: to use your network's features, each member has to be a Mapaprop subscriber. Each member's profile shows their active plan, so you can check it before or after approving them.

Not everyone needs Business. A member on Plus is a full member: they contribute to the pool, appear on the portal, and see their peers' portfolios. Business adds the catalog on their site and co-brokering.
The only plan left out is FREE, which can't connect to any network.
💡 If an approved member tells you they "don't see anything" from the network, the first thing to check is their plan.
Rules
Rules let you control what members of the network can do:

You can add, activate/deactivate, and delete rules from this section.
Properties
Shows every property published in the network by every member. Includes filters by transaction type, property type, and sorting. Each property shows its image, code, title, type, transaction, price, member, and date.
Danger Zone
At the end of the network's detail there are advanced options:
- Request deletion: the button works and sends us the request with your network's data already filled in. It doesn't delete anything on its own: deleting a network would destroy the membership of people who did nothing, so deletion is never automatic — we review it and talk it through with you.
If what you want is to stop showing it without losing it, don't request deletion: turn Publish on Marketplace off. The network leaves the Marketplace and stays complete, with its members and its properties.
