Manage Networks

From this section you can view and manage the networks you created. Each network shows its logo, name, its capabilities, contact email, number of members, and status (published or hidden).

What your network offers today

The console opens with this card, and it's the first thing worth looking at: what your network has, not what you can toggle.

The first two have no switch: they come with the network and can't be turned off. What changes from one network to another are the bottom two.

💡 The card tells you which network you have. It's the same as the chip at the very top: without the own storefront it's a Publication Network; with it, an MLS Network; and with the directory, an MLS Network with co-brokering. The name is a consequence of what's turned on, not something chosen separately.

And if you have the Business Manager plan, the card adds one more line: the manager console —panel, composition, the period's business, and the drill-down to each office and each agent—. It isn't a layer of the network: it's a tool of yours, and it comes with the plan.

What you can add

Below the settings there's a card with the features that don't turn on by themselves: Mapaprop enables them. You check the ones you're interested in, hit Send request, and we get in touch with you at the network's contact email.

🔑 Only what you don't have yet shows up. Whatever is already active is shown above, under "What your network offers today" — so you don't have to read twice to know where you stand. If you already have everything, the card says so.

⚠️ Don't confuse it with "Request a change". They're two different things: Send request adds a capability you don't have; Request a change —the button on each Mapaprop rule— modifies a rule already in force that reaches your members, and opens a ticket with your network filled in.

Available actions

• Create Network: Opens the form to create a new real estate network (requires the Business or Business Manager plan).
• Publish/Hide from Marketplace: Controls whether your network appears on the Marketplace so other users can connect. If the network is incomplete (missing required fields or plan template), it can't be published.
• Manage: Access the network's detail to edit settings, view members, rules, and properties.

💡 Hiding the network from the Marketplace doesn't remove your members: whoever already joined stays in. It just stops appearing to anyone searching — a hidden network is joined by direct invitation from you.

Creating a new network

Click Create Network and follow the wizard. There are seven steps:

In step 3 you choose what your members contribute to the network — there are three modes, and this is the only point where you pick:

In step 4 you decide on the own storefront: having the network's catalog appear inside each member's website. Any member who wants to take advantage of it needs the Business plan.

Step 7 is the final review: there you see which network you're about to create, and you confirm.

⚠️ The publication mode is chosen here and you don't change it afterwards. Any change reaches members who already joined and accepted a different rule, in both directions — so the change is requested from Mapaprop and justified. Detail in 3.1 The network's mode.

🔒 The network's directory (offices, branches, and agents + co-brokering) is enabled by Mapaprop, not by self-service: it opens the internal structure of every member. It requires the Business Manager plan. It's what makes your network an MLS Network with co-brokering.

Network detail

Clicking a network or Manage takes you to the administration panel, with several collapsible sections:

Header

Shows the logo, name, which features are turned on, plan template badge, and status (published/hidden). From here you can Publish or Hide from Marketplace directly.

If the network has incomplete fields, a yellow alert appears indicating the missing fields.

Also, read-only, What members contribute to the network: the three modes with the active one marked. It's chosen when the network is created; changing it afterwards is requested from Mapaprop (see above).

The toggles (Website, Marketplace) ask for confirmation before changing. Changes are applied by clicking Save Changes.

What Mapaprop configures

Below your options there's a read-only block, labeled What Mapaprop defines, with the rules we turn on. It comes collapsed: click to open it. You don't edit them, but you do have to see them: they're the terms your members accept when they join, and you're the one who explains them.

Each rule comes with its own help link so you can send it to a member who asks, and a Request a change button that opens a ticket with your network already filled in.

Plan Template

Configuration that's automatically applied when approving new members:

Once the network is complete (settings + plan template), a grid of shortcuts appears in two groups, because they answer different questions:

Managing the network — who's in, what they share, under which rules:

• Members: joining, removals, and requests
• Composition: offices, agents, and geographic presence
• Properties: the network's full pool
• Rules: what your members can do
• Settings: this very screen

This network's data — what happened with the deals. They're the same screens you use for your own account, with your network's filter already applied: Network panel, Business, Operations, Statistics, Gap, and Captures.

Members

From the members section you can:

• View the list of members with filters (all, active, inactive)
• Search by name, email, or ID
• Approve pending members (the network's plan template is applied to them)
• Deactivate active members
• View each member's profile, with their data, active plan, and properties published in the network

Rules

Rules let you control what members of the network can do:

You can activate/deactivate rules assigned to your network from this section.

Properties

Shows every property published in the network by every member. Includes filters by transaction type, property type, and sorting. Each property shows its image, code, title, type, transaction, price, member, and date.

Not everyone needs Business. A member on Plus is a full member: they contribute to the pool, appear on the portal, and see their peers' portfolios. The only plan left out is FREE, which can't connect to any network.

💡 Each member's profile shows their active plan, so you can check it before or after approving them. If an approved member tells you they "don't see anything" from the network, the first thing to check is their plan.

If you lose your plan

Your network is hidden, not deleted. It leaves the Marketplace, a 90-day grace period starts, and you're left in read mode: you can see it, but not publish or edit it.

Your members are third parties: deleting the network would destroy the membership of people who did nothing. That's why deletion is never automatic — if it comes to that, we talk it through with you. Reactivate your plan and the network comes back.

Danger Zone

At the end of the network's detail there are advanced options:

• Request deletion: the button works and sends us the request with your network's data. It doesn't delete anything on its own: we review it and get in touch with you.
