Manage Networks
From this section you can view and manage the networks you created. Each network shows its logo, name, type, contact email, member count, and status (published or hidden).
Available actions
- Create Network: Opens the form to create a new real estate network (requires Business subscription).
- Publish/Hide from Marketplace: Controls whether your network appears in the marketplace so other users can connect. If the network is incomplete (missing required fields or plan template), it can't be published.
- Manage: Access the network's detail to edit settings, view members, rules, and properties.
Creating a new network
- Click Create Network
- Fill in the required fields:
- Network Name
- Network Type (Open, Partner, Cowork, Business)
- Contact Name and Email
- Bio (minimum 50 characters, maximum 1000)
- Logo (image URL)
- Configure options:
- Mandatory Publication: When enabled, each member's properties are shared automatically
- Publish to Website: Properties appear on members' websites (MLS networks only)
- Click Create Network
Tip: The Business Network type (closed MLS) will only be available with the Business Manager plan.
Clicking on a network or on Manage takes you to the admin panel with several collapsible sections:
Header
Shows the logo, name, network type, plan template badge, and status (published/hidden). From here you can Publish or Hide from Marketplace directly.
If the network has incomplete fields, a yellow alert appears indicating the missing fields.
Network Settings
Collapsible section with the network's general data:

The toggles (Mandatory Publication, Website, Marketplace) ask for confirmation before changing. Changes are applied when you click Save Changes.
Plan Template
Settings automatically applied when approving new members:

Important: Without the Plan Template configured, you cannot approve members or access the Members, Rules, and Properties sections.
When the network is complete (settings + plan template), 3 navigation cards appear:
- Manage Network > Members: Manage the network's members
- Manage Network > Rules: Configure rules that affect members
- Manage Network > Properties: View all properties published in the network
Members
From the members section you can:
- View the member list with filters (all, active, inactive)
- Search by name, email, or ID
- Approve pending members (applies the network's plan template to them)
- Deactivate active members
- View each member's profile with their data, active plan, and properties published in the network
Rules
Rules let you control what network members can do:

You can enable/disable rules assigned to your network from this section.
Properties
Shows all properties published in the network by all members. Includes filters by deal type, property type, and order. Each property shows image, code, title, type, deal type, price, member, and date.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of the network detail there are advanced options:
- Delete Network: Contact support to request deletion. The button appears disabled for security.
