1. What it is and who it's for

An MLS Network is a Publication Network that also brings the network's full catalog to your own website. And it works both ways: your properties appear on the other members' sites, and theirs on yours.

It's for you if you have a website and want to multiply the stock you show without loading a single extra property.

2. What it includes

FeatureDoes it have it?
Contribute to the pool and see your peers' portfolioYes
Your properties on the network's portalYes
The network's catalog on your websiteYes — it's what sets it apart
Office and agent directory + co-brokering🔸 Not applicable — that's an MLS Network with co-brokering

3. What plan you need

ForMinimum plan
Contributing to the pool, seeing peers' portfolios, and appearing on the portalPlus or higher
The network's catalog on your websiteBusiness

🔑 These are two conditions and you need both: that the network offers its own storefront and that you have Business. Without Business you lose nothing else — you keep contributing to the pool and appearing on the network's portal; what you don't get is the catalog inside your own site.

4. How you join

You ask to join from Connect Networks (Marketplace) and the network's owner approves your request. Until they do, your connection stays pending.

5. What you contribute and what you show

They're two independent settings, and the network's owner defines both. Each can be Manual, Automatic by default, or Mandatory:

SettingWhat it governs
Publication modeHow much you contribute to the network's pool
Publication on websitesHow much of the pool you show on your own site

If the owner chose Mandatory, the switch appears with a lock: it's a condition of the network, not an error.

6. How it works in practice

  1. You ask to join and the owner approves.
  2. Depending on the network's mode, you choose what to contribute or everything goes in on its own.
  3. Your properties enter the pool and appear on the network's portal.
  4. If you have the Business plan, the network's catalog appears on your own site too.
  5. A buyer browsing your site finds a peer's property and inquires.
  6. That lead is yours: it came in through your site, so the inquiry lands in your inbox.
  7. You get in touch with your peer — the property's owner — and the two of you agree on how it goes and how you split it.

💡 Your site's search also includes the network. When a visitor searches by area, type, or code on your site, the results include the network's properties, not just yours.

7. If you're the network's owner

What plan you need

What plan your members need

For a member to…They need
Join your network, contribute to the pool, and appear on the portalPlus or higher
Bring your network's catalog to their own siteBusiness

Not everyone needs Business. A member on Plus is a full member: they contribute to the pool, appear on the portal, and see their peers' portfolios. The only thing they don't get is the catalog on their site.

The only plan left out is FREE, which can't connect to any network.

What you configure

  • Name, logo, description, and the plan you offer your members.
  • Whether the network appears on the Marketplace or not.
  • 🔑 The own storefront: the key that makes the network's catalog appear on each member's site. It's what turns your network into an MLS Network, and you turn it on.
  • The publication mode — how much your members contribute to the pool. You choose it when you create the network.
  • Approving, rejecting, and removing members.

What you ask us for

  • Changing the publication mode, or the own-storefront mode — whether your members can turn it off or you impose it — after the network is created. They reach everyone, so the change is requested and justified.
  • Adding the directory and co-brokering, to turn it into an MLS Network with co-brokering.
  • 🌐 Your network's public portal: a site with the catalog of all your members, under your brand and your domain. We develop it, or your team does with our APIs — either way, data access comes included with Business Manager. With Business, write to us and we'll look at your case. → How it works
  • The entity agreement, if your members get a special price.

There's a single criterion: what affects third parties is turned on by us; what affects only your network, by you.

What happens if you lose your plan

Your network is hidden, not deleted. It leaves the Marketplace, a 90-day grace period starts, and you're left in read mode: you can see it, but not publish or edit it.

Your members are third parties: deleting the network would destroy the membership of people who did nothing. That's why deletion is never automatic — if it comes to that, we talk it through with you.

Reactivate your plan and the network comes back.
