Network / MLS Property
A Network Property is a property published on the network by another fellow Network Broker. You didn't load it and you're not its owner in the system: it belongs to a professional who's in the same network as you, and they share it so all members can see it, show it and receive inquiries about it.
Important: This property isn't yours. You won't be able to edit it, change its price or change its status. You can only view it and, if it's an MLS network, send messages to the broker who published it.
How a Network Property reaches your account
Depending on the type of network you're connected to, your colleagues' properties reach you in different ways.
On publication networks (Open Network and Partner Network)
The members' properties are viewed on the network's central portal. To access that listing you need to go into that specific network's portal. They don't appear mixed in with your own properties.
On MLS networks (Cowork Network and Business Network)
Your colleagues' properties appear in three places:
- Network portal — the shared catalog of all members.
- MLS search in Mapaprop — when they run a search, the results may include properties from the whole network.
- Your website — if you have the "Website publication" option active, other network members' properties can appear on your own website as if they were part of your stock.
Benefit: In MLS networks you don't need to own the property to show it. If a potential buyer visits your website and is interested in a colleague's property, the inquiry reaches you too. It's more exposure for everyone.
What we can do with a Network Property
The options available for a Network Property are different from those for your own properties:

What a Network Property's detail page looks like
When you access the detail page, you'll find the same information the broker published: photos, description, price, sizes, features and location. You'll also see the contact details of the Broker who published it (office name, phone and email), so you can coordinate directly if necessary.
Tip: If the Broker published the property with all its information complete, the detail page you see is exactly the same one potential buyers see. If it's missing info, it's because your colleague didn't load it.
How to tell a Network Property apart from your own
In the network property listing you'll see that other members' properties are identified with the details of the Broker who loaded them. They don't appear on your own property panel: they're shown in the network section or in the MLS search.
When a Network Property stops appearing
A Network Property disappears from the catalog if:
- The owning Broker marks it as Sold, Rented, Reserved or Suspended — closing statuses automatically remove it from the network.
- The owning Broker unpublishes it or deletes it from their account.
- The owning Broker disconnects from the network or cancels their subscription.
- The network itself closes or stops being active.
In all those cases, the property simply stops appearing. You don't need to do anything on your end.
