Important: It is not possible to publish properties with the status Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended on any network, regardless of the configured publishing mode.

Publish properties on Networks

Publishing on networks is a simple feature. From the Properties list or from a Property's detail view, you can click the Publication button to expand the corresponding panel. From there, you can publish and unpublish on each network.

What the panel looks like depending on the network's mode

What you see in the publication panel depends on the effective mode of each network for your account. To understand how that mode is calculated, see "Network Publication Modes."

Network's effective modeWhat you see in the panel
ManualToggle enabled. You turn the publication of this property on or off on that network.
Automatic (default or mandatory)Toggle disabled. The property is already published automatically, or will be published when you publish it in your account.

Note: Publication is instantaneous for most networks. Some network types work with a data synchronization system that can take a few hours to reflect the change.

When you can't change the toggle

There are two reasons the toggle may appear disabled:

  1. The effective mode is Automatic: the network (or your own override setting) is configured to publish everything automatically. No manual action is required property by property.
  2. The network is Mandatory: all properties must be published on that network as a condition of membership. The toggle appears locked.

If you want to change the automatic behavior (and the network allows it), you can do so from your connection settings for that network, not from the property panel. See "Connect Networks (Marketplace)."

Statuses that block publication

Properties in the following statuses cannot be published on any network, even if the mode is Automatic or Mandatory:

  • Sold
  • Rented
  • Reserved
  • Suspended

If a property was published on a network and its status changes to one of these, it is automatically removed from the network.

Properties pending moderation are also not published to networks until they are approved by the administrator.
