Create New Real Estate Network
Cowork or Business Networks let you share properties on member websites.
Overview
From this page you can create a new real estate network to collaborate with other professionals. Requires an active Business subscription.
Required fields

| Network Name | Name that identifies your network on Mapaprop and eventually on Connect Networks (Marketplace) |
| Network Type | Defines the network's behavior (see types below) |
| Contact Name | Pre-filled with your username |
| Contact Email | Pre-filled with your email. Will be visible to members |
| Network Bio | Network description: areas, property types, benefits. Minimum 50 characters, maximum 1000 |
| Logo (URL) | Image URL for the network's logo |
Network types

When you select a type, an informational message with its features is shown.
Configuration
- Mandatory Publication: When enabled, all properties each member publishes are shared automatically on the network. Members will not be able to choose which properties to share. Optional for all types.
- Publish on Website: The network's properties appear on members' websites. Only available for CoWork and Business networks.
Defaults by type:
- Open/Partner: Both options disabled. Website disabled.
- CoWork: Publication off, Website on.
- Business: Both options enabled by default.

How to create a network
- Fill in the Network Name
- Select the Network Type and review the informational message
- Verify or edit the Contact data
- Write a descriptive Bio (minimum 50 characters)
- Paste the Logo URL
- Set Mandatory Publication and Website according to your needs
- Optionally fill in the additional URLs
- Click Create Network
- Confirm in the confirmation dialog
Once created, you will be redirected to the network's administration panel to complete the Plan Template and publish it on the Marketplace.
Tip: Your role can automatically change from customer:main to customer:manager when you create your first network.
