Mapaprop publishes your properties on the Swiprop.com.ar portal
Publishing and unpublishing are automatic, you only need to load your properties into Mapaprop.
Swiprop.com.ar is completely independent from Mapaprop, it has its own methods for interpreting the information, its own terms of use and its own search systems.
Mapaprop only publishes and/or unpublishes your properties on Swiprop.com.ar, granting Swiprop.com.ar access to the data marked as “public” that you yourself filled in on the property record. From that point on, Mapaprop has no involvement whatsoever between the listing on Swiprop.com.ar, the visitors of Swiprop.com.ar and the Swiprop.com.ar Portal.
Attention:
The only data published is the data marked as public in Mapaprop.
- Mapaprop provides all the available public information of your published properties to Swiprop.com.ar. The portal takes this information and distributes the properties on its platform.
- Mapaprop provides portals with 2 methods for connecting to your properties (API or a nightly production FEED via authentication). However, it is the portal that is responsible for taking your listings and publishing them. For any complaint or missing listing, you may contact the corresponding portal through the contact/support link provided in this same article.
- The description that is published is the one you wrote on the property record, without trimming. The publishing real estate agency is also included, along with the legend “Publicado a través de Mapaprop” (Published through Mapaprop).
- Each listing carries the reference with the code you assigned to the property, so that you can identify it.
- The inquiries that portal users send about your listings arrive in your Mapaprop Inbox, together with those from the other channels.
- Properties with a status of SOLD, RENTED, SUSPENDED and/or RESERVED are not published or stop being published.
How inquiries work on Swiprop
Swiprop is a discovery platform: the user sees properties one at a time and marks the ones they are interested in. When a user marks one of your properties, Swiprop asks for their authorization to share their contact details with the real estate agency. The inquiry is sent to your Mapaprop Inbox when the user accepts. If the user does not accept, no data is sent and the interest remains as internal information of the portal.
