Publishing on Rentberry
Mapaprop publishes your properties on the Rentberry.com portal, whose links redirect to memudoya.com
Publishing and unpublishing is automatic. You only need to load properties in Mapaprop.
Rentberry.com is fully independent from Mapaprop, with its own methods for interpreting information, its own usage rules, and its own search systems.
Mapaprop only publishes and/or unpublishes your properties on Rentberry.com, granting Rentberry.com access to data marked as "public" that you entered on the property record. From that point on, Mapaprop has no involvement between the listing on Rentberry.com, the visitors of Rentberry.com, and the Rentberry.com portal.
All links to properties published on Rentberry.com redirect to memudoya.com, so it's through Memudoya.com that you'll receive inquiries
- Mapaprop provides all the public information available for your published properties to Rentberry.com. The portal takes this information and publishes the properties on its website.
- Mapaprop provides portals with 2 connection methods for your properties (API or nightly production FEED via authentication). However, the portal is responsible for taking your listings and publishing them. For any claim or omission of publications, you can contact the corresponding portal via the contact/support link found in this same article.
- Descriptions are automatically built based on how you fill out the property's General Data record. It also includes the currency, price, agent, and address of the property. A caption "Published through Mapaprop" is also included.
- Properties with status SOLD, RENTED, SUSPENDED, and/or RESERVED are not published or stop being published.
Attention: Only the data marked as "public" in Mapaprop is published.
