Publishing and unpublishing is automatic; you only need to load properties into Mapaprop.
About Mapaprop and Mubia
Mubia.com.ar is entirely independent from Mapaprop, and has its own methods for interpreting information, its own terms of use, and its own search systems.
Mapaprop only publishes and/or unpublishes your properties on Mubia.com.ar, granting it access to the data marked as "public" that you yourself entered on the property record. From that point on, Mapaprop has no involvement whatsoever between the publication on Mubia, the portal's visitors, and the portal itself.
All links to properties published on Mubia redirect to memudoya.com, so it is through Memudoya.com that you'll receive inquiries.
Some general features
- Mapaprop provides all the public information available for your published properties to Mubia. The portal takes this information and displays the properties on its website.
- Mapaprop provides portals with 2 connection methods to your properties (API or nightly production FEED via authentication). However, it is the portal's responsibility to take your listings and publish them. For any complaint or omission of listings, contact the corresponding portal.
- Descriptions are generated automatically based on how you fill out the property's General Data record. It also includes the currency, price, seller, and the property's address. In addition, a caption "Published through Mapaprop" is included.
- Properties with status SOLD, RENTED, SUSPENDED, and/or RESERVED are not published or are removed from publication.
Attention: The data published is only the data marked as "public" in Mapaprop.
