Publishing on Properati.com
The connection and publishing on properati only works for Argentina. It's automatic, free, and you can't choose to publish or not publish.
Mapaprop publishes your properties on Properati.com.
Publishing on Properati.com is a free feature
Publishing and unpublishing is manual and works instantly: fully controlled by you.
To publish on properati, go to Management > Properties and open a Property listing.
Once inside the listing, click the View Publish button
Mapaprop gives Properati.com access to the complete list of your properties, which are published in full on Properati in sync with Mapaprop. Every 24 hours and without limits.
Properati delivers inquiries to your Mapaprop Messages / Leads Inbox.
About Mapaprop and Properati.com:
Properati.com is fully independent from Mapaprop, and has its own methods for interpreting information, its own terms of use, and its own search systems.
Mapaprop only publishes and/or unpublishes your properties on properati.com, giving properati.com access to data marked as "public" that you yourself entered on the property listing. From there, Mapaprop has no involvement in the publication on properati.com, the visitors of properati.com, or the properati.com Portal.
Attention: The published data is only the data indicated as public in Mapaprop.
- Mapaprop provides all the public information available for your published properties to properati.com. The portal takes this information and displays the properties on its website.
- Mapaprop provides portals with 2 connection methods to your properties (API or overnight production FEED via authentication). But the portal is responsible for taking your listings and publishing them. For any claim or omission of publications, you can contact the corresponding portal from the contact/support link located in this same article.
- properati.com may send you notifications or news from its system directly to your email inbox (outside of Mapaprop)
- The property descriptions are the same ones you write in the General Data listing in Mapaprop. Properati has access to that information "Published through Mapaprop"
- Properties with status SOLD, RENTED, SUSPENDED and/or RESERVED can also be published.
