Mapaprop

1. What it is and who it's for

The Mapaprop Network is the system's central catalog: every property you publish appears there automatically, and from there peers across all of Mapaprop can find it and write to you.

It isn't a configuration anyone picks. It's inherent to the system: it isn't created, isn't configured, and can't be left.

It's for everyone. Every account takes part, FREE ones included.

2. What it includes

3. What plan you need

It's the only network where FREE takes part. What changes with your plan is whether you can search and write:

✨ Benefit for FREE: even without paying, your properties keep showing up and a peer with an active plan can write to you. It's exposure at no cost.

⚠️ If you have only a Website-type subscription, you don't get search or messaging. Plus (included in Pro+) is the floor.

4. How you join

🔸 Not applicable. You don't join or leave: it's automatic for every account, from the moment you publish your first property.

To use it, go to the Main Panel → View Mapaprop Network properties.

5. What you contribute and what you show

🔸 Not applicable. The Mapaprop Network doesn't use the publication modes (Manual / Automatic / Mandatory) of the other networks. There's a single rule and it isn't configurable:

If the property is published, it shows up — both in the network's internal catalog and on the public portal. If you unpublish it, or it becomes Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended, it drops out of both on its own.

6. How it works in practice

  1. You publish a property in your account.
  2. It automatically appears in the Mapaprop Network's catalog and on the public portal www.mapaprop.com/properties, where anyone can see it.
  3. A peer with an active plan finds it by searching the network.
  4. They write to you from the listing.
  5. That message is yours: it lands in your Messages / Leads Inbox, because the property is yours.
  6. You coordinate between yourselves.

7. If you're the network's owner

🔸 Not applicable: the Mapaprop Network has no owner. And not by omission — it's that it isn't a network anyone created. It's a system capability, and Mapaprop administers it.

There's nothing to configure, request, or turn on about it. If you want a network of your own, with your members and your rules, that's a Publication Network, an MLS Network, or an MLS Network with co-brokering.

What plan your members need

🔸 Not applicable: you have no members. Every Mapaprop account is already in, without asking. What changes with each one's plan is in section 3.
