BuscadorPropiedades.cl publication network
The BuscadorPropiedades.cl publication network lets you publish properties directly from Mapaprop. The process is simple:
- Activate your account from Mapaprop
- BuscadorPropiedades.cl will contact you to explain the process and next steps
- When BuscadorPropiedades.cl enables your account, you'll receive an email
- Return to Mapaprop and start publishing properties
🗒️ When you publish a property from Mapaprop to BuscadorPropiedades.cl, the listing will appear on the BuscadorPropiedades.cl portal in approximately one day. !WARNING Remember that publishing on BuscadorPropiedades.cl is exclusive to Subscription clients
BuscadorPropiedades.cl belongs to our Real Estate Networks / MLS connections and only works through a prior subscription.
To activate the use of a network, you must start a self-service activation.
To start the activation, you can go to Real Estate Agency > Settings
or from the Mapaprop Panel, Connect Accounts
This will take you to the Settings screen where you'll be able to connect your account with BuscadorPropiedades
Then a popup window will give you some instructions
On the next screen, you'll be able to start a connection. Keep in mind that with the automatic publication option enabled, you'll be able to publish any property directly to BuscadorPropiedades.cl
During the process you can configure Automatic Publication (Networks > Publication Modes) so that every property you publish also appears on BuscadorPropiedades.
When connecting, you'll need to wait for contact from BuscadorPropiedades. A moderator will verify your data and get in touch with you. Once your account is activated, you'll receive an email from Mapaprop confirming the activation. The connection with BuscadorPropiedades.cl is subject to their approval. They will get in touch with you and complete the activation once you accept the service.
Accessing the Publication screen
Once you're subscribed to BuscadorPropiedades, you'll be able to access an exclusive screen to manage properties, publish, and unpublish.
Access the screen through the menu from the Networks item, as shown in the following image...
Keep in mind that the network will only appear if you completed the two-step activation successfully
Once inside the BuscadorPropiedades.cl screen, you'll be able to view your account information, the available publication limits, your account status, and the published properties. You can also add more properties to publish.
To add new properties, press Add properties. In the list that appears, search for and select the desired properties.
Access the search tool, type your search, and click to select
Once selected, you'll return to the BuscadorPropiedades.cl screen, where you'll see the property already published.
In the property list, you can perform several actions: unpublish the property, view a quick preview, or access the full record.
You can also access the settings via the View connection button.
You can also publish properties directly from the Publish screen
If you configured Automatic Publication (Networks > Publication Modes), you won't need to publish properties individually.
It's not possible to publish properties with the status Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended.
- You must connect your account and wait to be contacted by BuscadorPropiedades.cl
- Once the account is activated, you'll be able to publish from the Publish in Networks screen
- Publication and unpublication are asynchronous and can take approximately 24 hours
- Inquiries arrive in the Inbox of Messages / Leads in Mapaprop
- Contacts are automatically added to Mapaprop's CRM / Clients
