Download Filezilla from https://filezilla-project.org/download.php, then install it using the default options.
Configuring Filezilla
Click on New site and fill in
- protocol: SFTP-SSH File Transfer Protocol
- host http://ftp.mapapropapp.com
- User the assigned username
- Password the assigned password
Click Connect to connect to the FTP, or otherwise OK to save the changes without connecting via FTP.
