Your website has automatic anti-spam protection: a built-in verification system (ALTCHA) that tells people apart from automated programs.
It requires no setup on your part. It works transparently for your visitors: when they submit a form they are asked for a quick verification that resolves on its own.

This protection used to be handled by Google reCAPTCHA and required you to create an account and enter your keys in Mapaprop. That is no longer needed. If your site still has reCAPTCHA keys saved, they keep working and you do not have to do anything.
