This help article will show you how to create new pages (sections) to add content on your website.
HTML Editing is an advanced feature for users with technical knowledge. If you've never worked with HTML code, we recommend sticking with the visual editor.
Create and manage content sections (pages) for your website
If you have a Mapaprop Website contracted, you can create, edit, and delete personal content for your sections (which we call pages in Mapaprop) from Menu > Website > Pages & SEO.
Check out examples and a manual for creating HTML content for a section by clicking here.
The screen shows the list of pages with three main actions:
- Add: creates a new page.
- Edit: changes the configuration and/or content of an existing page.
- Delete: permanently deletes the page.
The system lets you create pages that will display with a text title in the website menu, and pages that will not be shown in the menu. Use this option to Build a navigation system between pages.
The page list table shows: title, menu text, menu visibility, order, and the public URL of each page.
Created pages may or may not be added to your website's menu. If you don't add a page to the menu, visitors won't be able to access it directly — to access it, you'll need to create a link from a page that is in the menu.
Creating or editing a page
Whether you click Add or Edit, you'll access the editor with three tabs: Titles and SEO, Content editing, and Image library.
All the tabs are explained in the following help article:

Making changes in Mapaprop and not seeing them reflected on your website?
Some website data is stored in your browser session to improve load speed (for example Featured properties, My Company or Branches data, and menu sections). Close all open sessions of your browser, wait a few seconds, and open it again.
🗒️ We recommend not copying and pasting text, unless it's plain text. To do this, you can copy your content, paste it into a "notepad"-style editor, and then copy that unformatted text back into the editor.
