Featured properties

Featured properties are the ones highlighted on your website: on the home page and on the dedicated page sudominio.com/destacados. This help article explains how to manage them.

This feature is only available if you have a website subscription. If you don't have one yet, see Website.

Access

From Menu > Website > your website > Featured.

The screen shows a grid of cards with your current featured properties. The grid adapts to the screen size: 4 columns on large screens, 3 on desktop, 2 on tablet, and 1 on mobile.

Featured properties are per website. If you have more than one website subscription, each one has its own list of featured properties. Before adding a featured property (or expecting to see it on the public site), make sure you are on the correct website — the domain name appears at the top of the screen. A featured property added to one website does not appear on the others.

There are two ways to start the flow:

  • If you don't have any featured properties yet: a message with the yellow ★ icon and a green "Add featured" button appears in the center of the screen.
  • If you already have featured properties: press the green floating ⊕ button in the bottom-right corner.

Both open the same flow:

  1. The property search opens.
  2. Type the code, address, area, or title in the search field.
  3. Press the property you want to feature.
  4. The property is added to the grid with a confirmation toast.

The search only shows published properties (with active visibility on your site) and excludes those already featured, so you don't add them twice.

You cannot feature properties with a Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended status, even if they are published. The system filters them out of the search automatically.

No quantity limit: you can add as many featured properties as you like. Keep in mind that the site home usually shows the first N (depending on the design), while sudominio.com/destacados shows all of them.

Shortcut: feature from the property screen

You can also feature a property directly from each property's Publish screen. This is handy when you are already editing a property and want to mark it as featured without going back to the list.

You can choose the order in which your featured properties are shown. That order is exactly what appears on your public site (on the home page and on sudominio.com/destacados).

Each card shows its position number (#1, #2, #3…) and includes two ways to reorder:

  • Drag and drop (desktop): grab the card by the dots icon (top-left corner) and drop it in the position you want.
  • Arrows ‹ › (top-right corner of each card): move the property one position. Useful on mobile, where dragging can be awkward.

The order is saved automatically as soon as you drop the card or press an arrow — there is no "save" button.

#1 is the first property your visitors will see. Put what you most want to highlight up front.

When you add a new featured property, it goes first (#1), pushing the rest down one position. That way the most recent one you feature stays up front. If you prefer a different order, drag it or use the arrows to move it.

Each card in the grid has an independent "Show price" toggle. You can turn it on or off per featured property:

  • When on, the property shows its price on the public site.
  • When off, the property appears without a price (useful for properties with a price on request).
  • The change applies instantly: a confirmation toast appears as soon as you press it.

This toggle only affects the featured section. It does not change how the price appears in the search list or on the property's individual listing.

Property status on the card

When you add a featured property, it is available (you cannot feature sold, rented, reserved, or suspended properties). But if later on a property that is already featured changes status, its card shows a badge with that status — Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended — over the photo.

It is a heads-up so you notice that the property is no longer available and decide whether it is worth removing it from featured or leaving it as a reference.

On your public site, a property with a Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended status stops being shown as featured automatically (see Operation status). The badge on the card is a reminder to manage it from here.

Press the trash icon inside the card. The system asks for confirmation before removing it. Removing a featured property does not delete the property — it only takes it out of the featured section.

If you unpublish a property that was featured, it is automatically removed from the featured section — you don't have to remove it by hand. If you later publish it again and want to feature it, add it once more (it comes back in as #1).

How they look on your website

Featured properties appear in two places on the public site:

On the home page

They appear automatically on the main page sudominio.com/, according to the active design. Some designs show 3, others 6 or 8. They appear in the order you defined on the featured screen (see Order the featured properties above).

On the dedicated page sudominio.com/destacados

Your website has an exclusive page that lists all your featured properties. It is handy for sharing a direct link with clients who want to see only the most relevant items in your portfolio.

Each card on the public site shows:

  • Property title
  • Price (only if the "Show price" toggle is on)
  • Number of bedrooms (if entered)
  • Number of guests (for short-term rentals, if entered)
  • Main image and a link to the full listing

Made changes and don't see them on your site?

Some website data is cached in the browser to speed up loading of the public site (featured properties, My Company data, Branches, and menu sections).

If you have the site open in another tab while making changes, close all tabs, wait a few seconds, and open it again.
