Your custom-designed website is not built from a template: it is designed by a person on our team, specifically for your real estate agency. This guide explains how that process works, what you receive at each stage, and what we need from you in order to move forward.

The channel for this work is websites@mapaprop.com. Always reply on the same email, so the entire history stays together.

The five stages

1. You send us your material

Logo, images, phrases, social media, and the design references you like. The details of what to send and in what format are in Send graphic material to create your Website.

We review the material as soon as it arrives. If something cannot be used (for example, a logo without a transparent background or images that are too small), we tell you right away and ask for a replacement. The better the material, the more faithful the design will be to your brand.

There is some information you do not need to send us because you manage it yourself from your account: contact phone numbers, address, and email are entered in Menu > My real estate agency > My Company, and the site takes them from there.

2. We send you the design samples

We prepare several different proposals for the home page and send them to you by email. They are designs that differ from one another, not versions of the same one. You choose one as a starting point.

Before looking at them, it is worth reading About the design samples: it explains which part of what you see is your real design and which part is example content.

3. You choose and request the changes

You reply telling us which model you prefer and any changes you want. You can combine parts of one sample with parts of another. We prepare a new version with those changes and send it to you.

This back-and-forth repeats as many times as needed, with no limit on revisions. See How to choose the model and request changes.

4. You approve the design

When you are satisfied, you confirm it to us by email. That approval is what sets production in motion: only then do we design the rest of the screens —the property listing, the detail page for each property, and the contact form— following the same style. Nothing is built before your approval.

5. We build and publish

We turn the design into your real website, connected to your properties, and we publish it. We notify you by email with the address where it is already running and the recommended first steps: Your website is online.

How long it takes

Our part is measured in business days. The total time also depends on the timing of each stage: the initial material, and the rounds of revisions you need.

We do not set a rigid deadline or a cap on revisions. A website accompanies your real estate agency for years; it is worth more to have the design turn out the way you want than to close it two weeks earlier.

What is left in your hands afterwards

Your website is self-managed. Once published, you manage it without depending on us:

If later on you want to modify the design, see Support and design service for Websites.
