Mapaprop Pro+ is a subscription that bundles two Mapaprop products

• Website
• Mapaprop Plus

By hiring Mapaprop Pro+ you get both features of the system for a lower cost than both subscriptions separately

About Mapaprop Pro+

Mapaprop Pro+ works through a Subscription. It's the Mapaprop subscription that includes Website features while also unlocking Mapaprop Plus features. The cost of the service can be seen at this link

How to hire it

You can activate the service:

• The first time you access Mapaprop
• Any time you want to use a feature only available with this subscription
• From the Manage Plan screen, using the Change plan or cancel it option
• From the Mapaprop Panel by going to Manage Services.

In all cases…

• You'll go to the Subscription (upgrade) screen where you can choose the plan.
• Choose Mapaprop Pro+, and start the Subscription with MercadoPago (AR) or with Subscription with PayPal (other countries), preferably using an email from those accounts.
• Follow the steps, and once you finish entering your data, confirm the subscription to complete it.
• At the end, the message will indicate that the service is now activated

Mapaprop Pro+ Features

The services included in Mapaprop Pro+ are the same ones provided by the subscriptions

• Mapaprop Website+ for Website
• Mapaprop Plus

There are also differences in the usage cap of some features:

• Mapaprop AI systems based on tokens - 100,000 tokens (description generation, importing properties by text, and more)
  • AI text generation
• Add Properties — all 4 methods included (inherited from Mapaprop Plus):
  • Manual upload
  • Individual Import (URL, HTML, JSON) (BETA)
  • Bulk Sitemap Import (BETA)
  • Fill in with AI from text — with 10x more tokens than Plus, to bring in full catalogs.

Additionally, the following services are available for Mapaprop Pro+:

• Express API Token for Express API on your own server
• Property Capture via Website (Sell Form)
• Free starter web domain — your site is online instantly at yourrealestate.mapaprop.com with HTTPS, while you get your own domain (it's replaced automatically once you connect your own domain)
• Management of your Internet domain — up to 5 domains
• Email system with your own domain (optional with external providers)
• Real Estate Developments on your Website

Information Systems (Statistics) — included in Pro+:

• Leads Report — panel with a ranking of sources (MercadoLibre, Zonaprop, Mapaprop Network, MLS Network, Search Network), drilldown by source, property modal with details. Cross MLS Network cases distinguished automatically.
• Visits Report — panel with unified historical and recent metrics, cross-MLS views.
• Complete Report for the Owner — presentation-ready printout with your branch's identity, generated from the property record.
• "Me vs Agency", "My Branch", and "Agency" tabs to compare your performance with the office.

CRM and Sales Funnel — included in Pro+:

• Sales funnel — follow each contact through stages (New, Contacted, Qualified, Visit, Negotiation, Won / Lost) with a kanban view and drag and drop.
• Conversion and time-in-stage metrics, with a funnel view.
• Add a contact to the funnel from the inbox or from the contact record in a single step.
• Export contacts to CSV — download the full CRM in CSV format for external analysis.
• Custom CRM labels — up to 10 of your own labels with name and color, in addition to the system ones (in Mapaprop Business they're unlimited).
• Active contacts — up to 10 quick-access contacts per user (5 in Plus), synced across devices (unlimited in Mapaprop Business).
