Mapaprop publishes your properties on the Sumavisos portal, whose links are redirected to memudoya.com
Publishing and unpublishing is automatic; you only need to load properties into Mapaprop
Sumavisos is completely independent from Mapaprop; it has its own methods for interpreting information, its own terms of use and its own search systems.
Mapaprop only publishes and/or unpublishes your properties on Sumavisos, granting Sumavisos access to data marked as "public" that you yourself filled in on the property record. From that point on, Mapaprop has no involvement whatsoever between the publication on Sumavisos, the visitors of Sumavisos and the Sumavisos portal.
All links to properties published on Sumavisos are redirected to memudoya.com, so it is through Memudoya.com that you will receive inquiries
- Mapaprop provides all the public information available for your published properties to Sumavisos. The portal takes this information and publishes the properties on its website.
- Mapaprop provides portals with 2 methods to connect to your properties (API or an overnight production FEED via authentication). However, the portal is responsible for taking your listings and publishing them. For any claim or omission of publications you can contact the corresponding portal through the contact/support link located in this same article.
- Descriptions are automatically generated according to how you fill in the property's General Data record. The currency, price, seller and address of the property are also included. In addition, a caption "Published through Mapaprop" is included
- Properties with status SOLD, RENTED, SUSPENDED and/or RESERVED are not published or stop being published.
