Member Profile
From this page you can view and manage the detailed information of a member of your real estate network. You access the profile by clicking a member from the members list.
Member information
The profile shows the member's personal and contact details:

| Name | Client's name (or "Client #ID" if no name is registered) |
| Customer ID | Unique identifier of the client on the platform |
| Email address (clickable to send an email) | |
| Phone | Member's landline phone |
| Mobile | Member's mobile phone |
| Address | Member's physical address |
| Member since | Date they joined the network |
| Account status | General account status (Active, Deactivated, Suspended, Trial, Inactive) |
Network configuration
Shows the member's specific configuration within the network:

| Status | Active or Inactive in the network (green or yellow indicator) |
| Automatic Publishing | If enabled, the member's properties are published automatically in the network |
| Website Publishing | Whether the member's properties are published on the network's website |
| Requires Approval | Whether the member's listings require prior approval from the administrator |
Plan
If the member has an assigned plan, the details are shown:
- Plan: Description of the active plan
- Max. Listings: Maximum number of properties they can publish
- Cost: Cost of the assigned plan
- Billing Cycle: Billing frequency of the plan
Available actions
The available actions depend on the member's current status:
| Action | Available when | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Approve Member | Member pending | Approves the member so they can publish properties in the network. The configured Plan Template is applied |
| Reactivate Member | Member deactivated | Reactivates a previously deactivated member |
| Deactivate Member | Member active | Deactivates the member and removes their properties from the network (requires double confirmation) |
Important: The deactivate action requires double confirmation because it removes all of the member's properties from the network. This action cannot be undone.
Member statuses
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Green | Approved member, can publish properties in the network |
| Pending | Yellow | Request sent, awaiting administrator approval |
| Deactivated | Red | Member removed by the administrator |
