Network Members

From this page you manage the members of your real estate network. You can view the full list, filter by status, search by name/email/ID, approve pending requests, and access each member's detail.

Overview

The screen shows the list of members with their name, email, status, and configuration tags. It includes status filters, a search box, and quick actions such as approving or reactivating members.

Filters

Use the filter buttons at the top to see members by status:

FilterDescription
AllShows every member regardless of status
ActiveApproved members who can publish properties in the network
InactiveMembers pending approval or deactivated

Each filter shows in parentheses the number of members in that status.

The search field lets you find members by:

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Email
  • Customer ID (custId)

Member list

Each member on the list shows:

  • Name: Customer name (or "Customer #ID" if they have no name)
  • Status: Colored badge according to status
  • Email: The member's email address
  • Tags: Labels indicating the member's configuration

Statuses

StatusColorMeaning
ActiveGreenApproved member, can publish properties
PendingYellowRequest sent, awaiting approval
DeactivatedRedMember removed by the administrator

Tags

TagMeaning
Contributes all (green)Every property of that member goes into the network
Chooses (gray)The member decides property by property which ones they contribute
Web (green)Their properties are published on the website
Web (gray)Website publication disabled
Approv. (yellow)Their listings need your approval

The Contributes all / Chooses tag tells you what the system actually does with that member, not what was configured somewhere. It comes from the same calculation that decides what goes into the network, which combines your network's mode with the member's preference. That's why it can say Contributes all even if the member has their publication set to manual: if your network is in mandatory mode, your network wins.

Clicking a member takes you to their profile, where you can view and adjust their configuration within the network: Edit Member.

Actions

ActionAvailable forDescription
ApprovePending membersApproves the member and applies the network's Plan Template
ReactivateDeactivated membersReactivates a previously deactivated member
View detailAllClick on the member to access their full profile

Important: When approving a member, the Plan Template configured in the network (maximum listings, cost, billing cycle) is applied automatically.

Clicking a member takes you to their profile, with:

  • Personal and contact details
  • Active plan and configuration
  • Properties published in the network

Works on the Business plan. Managing your network's members —approving requests, removing them— doesn't need Business Manager: Business is enough. The console's other screens (Composition, Properties, Rules, and Business) do require it. To change plans, go to Settings > Upgrade. !NOTEFound a problem?
