You received the design samples. Now you reply to us and we continue.
What is helpful for us to know
Take all the time you need. Whenever it is convenient for you, reply on the same email telling us:
- Which model you prefer as a starting point.
- What changes you would make.
If you can, put them together in a single reply: it helps us prepare the next sample with everything already taken into account. If you remember something else later, write to us anyway — no problem.
It does not need to be precise or technical. It is enough to tell us what you like and what you do not; translating it into design is our job.
You can combine the samples
You are not required to choose one exactly as it is. It is perfectly valid to ask, for example, "I'll keep the second model but with the header of the first one", or "the search box of the first one on the design of the third one".
What changes you can request
On the model you chose:
- Colors: of the brand, of the backgrounds, of the buttons
- Backgrounds: of the different sections
- Header and menu: layout, logo size, order of the options
- Footer: what information it shows
- Hide or move sections that are not useful to you
- Images and phrases in the banner and in the rest of the site
- Typefaces, if you have a preference
- The search box: what fields it shows and how it looks
What is quoted separately
Once you have chosen a model, all the adjustments on that model are included. What does have an additional cost is starting from scratch with a completely different idea from the two you already saw, because it amounts to a new design.
If you were to reach that case, we tell you before doing anything and send you the quote. We will never bill you for something you have not previously approved.
Changes during construction
After you approve the design, we build the complete site. During that stage you can still request residual adjustments: minor details that appear when you see the site actually running. It is part of the process.
What does not depend on the design
There are things that change without touching the design, because you manage them from your account. There is no need to ask us for them:

If you send us this information by email we will enter it anyway, but changing it yourself is immediate and does not depend on our timing.
What happens after your reply
With what you tell us we prepare a new sample and send it to you to look at.
This step repeats as many times as needed. There is no limit on revisions and no rush: the goal is for the design to represent you, and the back-and-forth is part of the work you hired.
When you are satisfied
Reply to us that you approve the design.
That confirmation is what sets production in motion: only then do we design the rest of the screens and build your website. Before your approval we build nothing, so you run no risk of something being published that you do not agree with.
