The only way to register .com.ar domains is by getting access to the system from the AFIP website. See requirements
After creating your account, you are the sole person responsible for it: remember your username and password, try to keep your details up to date, and pay attention to the emails that NIC.ar may send you.
Keep in mind that on the new nic.ar you are responsible for your domains, not Mapaprop.
Once a year, you must renew your domain yourself. Mapaprop has no ability to do it for you.
