Internet domains are always the property and responsibility of the holder. Mapaprop can help you register the domain in your name and delegate it, but under no circumstances is it responsible for the annual renewal. Your domain is your brand on the internet, so we recommend giving it the importance it deserves
For the website Mapaprop will build to be visible, you need to have an internet domain.
Obtaining an internet domain is a simple administrative procedure independent of Mapaprop, and you must necessarily be involved.
There are multiple cases, depending on your country of origin and the Domain Registrar entity that will provide the domain. This guide will show you several cases
I already have an internet domain
If you already have an internet domain you'll need to delegate it to Mapaprop. Before doing so, it's important to review your case in detail. See the following options and click for more detail:
- I have a domain currently running a website: Report your existing domain to websites@mapaprop.com. Then wait for Technical Support to instruct you on completing the Domain delegation to Mapaprop
- I have a domain running a website and I also have emails (e.g. info@sudominio.com): Report your existing domain to websites@mapaprop.com and report the list of @sudominio.com emails you have running. Then you'll need to wait for Mapaprop to indicate the steps to follow. You can also read the following link
- I have a domain but it's not running a website: Delegate the domain to our servers. Read Domain delegation. Then report to websites@mapaprop.com what your internet domain is (e.g. www.sudominio.com)/) and let us know that you have "already delegated it to Mapaprop".

Since you have @sudominio.com... emails, Mapaprop will help you replicate the existing email accounts on a new email system.
If you want to get a head start on a task, you can begin with Zohomail > Create an account in Zoho Mail by watching this tutorial on Email with Zoho Mail. If you don't understand the tutorial, do the Zohomail > Create an account in Zoho Mail step and send us the username and password.
Very Important!
Mapaprop will help you migrate your email accounts to a new provider, but this change will not migrate old emails or existing contacts hosted in third-party Webmail services that you are leaving behind. Before proceeding with the Domain delegation to Mapaprop, ask your previous technical contact to help you back up that information. Also keep in mind that Mapaprop does not configure computers or devices. Technical support is limited to setting up the service and maintaining the connection. If you have any questions about this, contact your salesperson.
I don't have an internet domain
If you don't yet have an internet domain (e.g. www.suinmobiliaria.com), you'll need to register one so your website can be accessed.
Attention
The internet domain has the value of a brand and it will be your responsibility to renew it once a year for it to keep working. Only you will receive annual alerts from the domain registrar entity telling you that the domain needs to be renewed. Under no circumstances can Mapaprop renew the domain for you.

To register a .com domain you must use a [domain](http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Registrador_de_dominios) registrar entity. For Argentina, Mapaprop recommends [Donweb](http://donweb.com/es-ar/registro-de-dominios?ref=mapaprop). You can register .com and .com.ar / .ar domains and many other types. The .com domain cost varies
