About the design

Reply to the contracting email or write a new one to websites@mapaprop.com with the following information and/or material, so we can compose the design of your website.

Material for Flex / Flex Light

  • Material for Flex and Flex Light
    • Send us a logo of your agency, preferably in vector, curves format, such as svg, Illustrator or Corel . If you do not have this type of files, then it can be png or transparent webp formats. And if you don't have that type of files either, it can be jpg, png or other formats that are not transparent. Keep in mind that the order in which we name the formats is also the order of the material's quality. A vector format will always be better.
      • If the logo is not in good condition, Mapaprop will faithfully rebuild it (only if your brand is simple to reproduce). In this case, you can report the original typography used in the design of your brand.
    • Extra graphics (optional): to achieve a design that fits your institutional image better, send us graphics, photos of street signs or other material you use to promote yourself.
    • Other Brands (optional): You can send us the logo of an external entity/association, if you want it to be integrated into the design (e.g.: regulatory or licensing entity, University, related businesses, etc.
    • Images for your home page or banner / animated slider: send images of at least 2000 pixels wide and 1280px high, in horizontal format. Keep in mind that home page carousels can be animated and usually have a limited height, so your image may get cropped. Eventually it can be a video already prepared for this purpose (only for Flex )
    • Phrases: you can send phrases to show as text in your design or to use over the animated slide carousel.
    • Social networks: If you use social networks for your agency, send the addresses (urls) of your social network accounts such as Facebook (e.g. https://www.facebook.com/suinmobiliaria) or Twitter (e.g. http://www.twitter.com/sucuentadetwitter)
    • Ideas: other websites you would like to base your design on (only Flex )
    • Explicitly indicate whether you need a reservations search box for short-term rentals.

    Sitio Web Flex or Flex Light

    • Explicitly indicate whether you need a reservations search box for short-term rentals.
    • Isotype /Logo / Brand: send us vector files of your logo, if possible in "svg", "ai" (illustrator), "cdr" (corel draw) or "png" (transparent background) converted to curves. You can also send "eps" or "pdf". In case you only have a "jpg", "gif" or "png" file without transparency, please send it in the highest possible resolution (at least 500px wide). If it is not in good condition, Mapaprop will faithfully rebuild it (only if your brand is simple to reproduce). In this case, you can report the original typography used in the design of your brand.
    • Extra graphics (optional): to achieve a design that fits your institutional image better, send us graphics, photos of street signs or other material you use to promote yourself.
    • Other Brands (optional): You can send us the logo of an external entity/association, if you want it to be integrated into the design (e.g.: regulatory or licensing entity, University, related businesses, etc.
