About the design

Reply to the hiring email or write a new one to websites@mapaprop.com with the following information and/or material, to put together the design of your website.

Material for Website Express Flex / Express Light

  • Material for Website Express Flex and Website Express Light
    • Send us a logo for your real estate agency, preferably in vector (curves) format, such as svg, Illustrator or Corel. If you don't have this type of file, it can then be in transparent png or webp format. And if you don't have that type of file either, it can be jpg, png or other formats that are not transparent. Keep in mind that the order in which we list the formats is also the order of material quality. A vector format will always be better.
      • If the logo is not in good condition, Mapaprop will faithfully reconstruct it (only if your brand is simple to reproduce). In this case, you can let us know the original typeface used in your brand's design.
    • Extra graphics (optional): to achieve a design more closely aligned with your institutional image, send us graphics, photos of outdoor signage or other material you use to promote yourself.
    • Other Brands (optional): You can send us the isologo of an external entity/association, if you want it integrated into the design (e.g.: regulatory or licensing entity, university, related businesses, etc.)
    • Images for your homepage or animated banner/slider: send images of at least 2000 pixels wide by 1280px tall, in horizontal format. Keep in mind that homepage carousels can be animated and usually have a limited height, so your image may get cropped. It can eventually be a video already prepared for the purpose (only for Website Express Flex)
    • Phrases: you can send phrases to display as text in your design or to use on the animated slide carousel.
    • Social media: If you use social media for your real estate agency, send the addresses (URLs) of your social media accounts such as Facebook (e.g. https://www.facebook.com/suinmobiliaria) or Twitter (e.g. http://www.twitter.com/sucuentadetwitter)
    • Ideas: other websites you'd like to base your design on (only Website Express Flex)
    • Explicitly indicate if you need a booking search engine for short-term rentals.

    Website Flex or Flex Light

    • Explicitly indicate if you need a booking search engine for short-term rentals.
    • Isotype/Logo/Brand: send us vector files of your logo, if possible in "svg", "ai" (illustrator), "cdr" (corel draw) or "png" (transparent background) converted to curves. You can also send "eps" or "pdf". If you only have a "jpg", "gif" or "png" file without transparency, please send it in the highest resolution possible (at least 500px wide). If it is not in good condition, Mapaprop will faithfully reconstruct it (only if your brand is simple to reproduce). In this case, you can let us know the original typeface used in your brand's design.
